This glass jar, 3 inches in diameter, contains 1d4 + 1 doses of a thick mixture that smells faintly of aloe. The jar and its contents weigh 1/2 pound.
As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8 + 2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease.

When you use a Metamagic option on a spell while you are holding or wearing the shard, you can use that property.
Air: You can immediately fly up to 60 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Guardian: The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn't incapacitated.
This item can be found in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything (TCE).

You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls you make with this weapon. On a hit with this weapon, the target takes an extra 1d6 acid damage.
Draconic Potency. Against enemies of the Cult of the Dragon, the dagger’s bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls increases to +2, and the extra acid damage increases to 2d6.

Additionally, this hoverboard is also enchanted with divination to analyze the race conditions and threats of the surrounding environment and communicate those to their riders. As such, it has the Guardian minor property to whisper warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t
incapacitated.
The hoverboard is made of an ingenious, flexible magic metal alloy that can be rolled up for convenient storage between races. Unadorned, it is a sleek and darkly gleaming oval disk, but the makers are happy to customize the board’s aesthetics to the individual character’s specifications.
The hoverboard’s name is Meteor Rising if the player sided with the original owners during the adventure. The hoverboard’s name is Comet’s Tail if the player instead sided with the thieves.
