As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8 + 2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease.

While wearing this hat, you can use an action to cast the disguise self spell from it at will. The spell ends if the hat is removed.
This hat of disguise, in its normal appearance, looks like a large red hat with a long brim that seems to be constantly flowing in a breeze. It's activated by pulling the brim down to cover at least one eye and smirking confidently.

This crackling crystal contains the essence of an elemental plane. As an action, you can attach the shard to a Tiny object (such as a weapon or a piece of jewelry) or detach it. It falls off if your attunement to it ends. You can use the shard as a spellcasting focus while you hold or wear it.
When you use a Metamagic option on a spell while you are holding or wearing the shard, you can use that property.
Air: You can immediately fly up to 60 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.
Guardian: The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn't incapacitated.
This item can be found in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything (TCE).
A shard of the chronomantic crystal that once encased the Macguffin. When activated, time seems to slow to a halt for a moment, allowing for a quick escape.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +1 bonus to AC. You can also use a bonus action to speak the armor's command word and cause the armor to assume the appearance of a normal set of clothing or some other kind of armor. You decide what it looks like, including color, style, and accessories, but the armor retains its normal bulk and weight. The illusory appearance lasts until you use this property again or remove the armor. This item is found on Magic Item Table G in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
This armor is made of salmon leather that has been dyed midnight black. While wearing this armor, you cannot become wet unless fully immersed in a liquid.

A dagger fashioned from the tooth of a dragon. While the blade is obviously a fang or predator’s tooth, the handle is leather wrapped around the root of the tooth, and there is no cross-guard.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls you make with this weapon. On a hit with this weapon, the target takes an extra 1d6 acid damage.
Draconic Potency. Against enemies of the Cult of the Dragon, the dagger’s bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls increases to +2, and the extra acid damage increases to 2d6.

While you wear these boots, you can use a bonus action and click the boots’ heels together. If you do, the boots double your walking speed, and any creature that makes an opportunity attack against you has disadvantage on the attack roll. If you click your heels together again, you end the effect.
When the boots’ property has been used for a total of 10 minutes, the magic ceases to function until you finish a long rest.
