☐ Wand of Polymorph very_rare DDAL07-13 Old Bones and Older Tomes Show
Notes:

Wand, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
Having this wand on one’s person causes fits of restless sleep—where the owner’s nights are filled with wonderful dreams of soaring above the canopy on wide, feathered wings; burrowing among the roots of immense trees with wide, thick claws; and the other goings on that jungle critters seem to enjoy so much. Aside from this, the slender, foot-long length of grey stone is otherwise unexceptional.

☐ Manual of Quickness of Action very_rare CCC-BMG-37 Weakness of Rock Show

This book contains coordination and balance exercises, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend 48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying the book's contents and practicing its guidelines, your Dexterity score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score. The manual then loses its magic, but regains it in a century.

🗹 Hellrider's Badge rare Ravenguard DDEP09-02: Hellfire Requiem Show
Notes:

A Hellrider’s Badge is only usable by a member of the Hellriders, and thanks to your efforts during Klysandral’s funeral and the subsequent escape from Avernus you have been awarded honorary membership by Duke Ulder Ravengard himself. This badge marks you as a lieutenant in the Hellriders.
While wearing the badge, you gain a +2 bonus to AC if you aren’t using a shield.
If the badge is more than 5 feet away from you for more than one minute, it vanishes and harmlessly reappears on a surface within 5 feet of Duke Ravengard. While holding the badge, the Duke know your location, provided the two of you are on the same plane of existence and your attunement to the badge hasn’t ended.
As an action, the Duke can touch the badge and end your attunement to it, as he has been granted this power by Elturel despite not being a Hellrider himself.
Special
If you wish to take the Hellriders or Flaming Fist as your faction, you may do so. Additionally, this badge is made from the bones of Klysandral himself, counts as a holy reliquary, and may be used as a holy symbol of Torm if needed.
Despite its rarity, the Hellrider’s Badge can be equipped by anyone that has it earned it via playing DDEP09-02 Hellfire Requiem.

As a bonus action, you can activate this glove, causing the cogs to whir and sparks to be ignited which creates magical flames that envelop one of two melee weapons in your grasp. Each flaming weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. The flames last until you sheath or let go of either weapon. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

🗹 Flare (Flame Tongue Shortsword) rare Trade Log Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)

This shortsword appears to be made of molten steel that seems to find its way to shape right before it strikes its target. While attuned to this sword, you feel comfortable in temperatures as low as 20 degrees below zero Fahrenheit and as high as 120 degrees above zero Fahrenheit.

You can use a bonus action to speak this magic sword’s command word (‘devastation’ in Terran), causing flames to erupt from the blade. These flames shed bright light in a 40-foot radius and dim light for an additional 40 feet. While the sword is ablaze, it deals an extra 2d6 fire damage to any target it hits. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or sheathe the sword.

🗹 Exemption (Harmonious Ring of Free Action) rare WBW-DC-MOM-02 One Chance Show
Notes:

Ring, rare (requires Attunement)
The sleek silver line of this tasteful ring follows the endless curve of a Möbius loop.
While you wear this ring, difficult terrain doesn't cost you extra movement. In addition, magic can neither reduce your speed nor cause you to be paralyzed or restrained.
Minor Property (Harmonious) Attuning to this item takes only 1 minute.
Quirk (Confident) The item helps its bearer feel self-assured.

🗹 Ebony Edge (Guardian Figurine of Wondrous Power - Obsidian Steed) very_rare WBW-DC-MOM-02 One Chance Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, very rare
The imposing outline of this regal fiend is upstaged only by the starry void that wreathes its obsidian mane, tail and hooves. It refuses to answer to any name but Ebony Edge, and its scarlet eyes haughtily regard all others - including the creature it serves - as insignificant. The nightmare refuses to emerge until its statuette has been anointed with fresh blood, but a disdainful snort can still be heard whenever danger is close at hand.
A figurine of wondrous power is a statuette of a beast small enough to fit in a pocket. If you use an action to speak the command word and throw the figurine to a point on the ground within 60 feet of you, the figurine becomes a living creature. If the space where the creature would appear is occupied by other creatures or objects, or if there isn't enough space for the creature, the figurine doesn't become a creature.
The creature is friendly to you and your companions. It understands your languages and obeys your spoken commands. If you issue no commands, the creature defends itself but takes no other actions.
The creature exists for a duration specific to each figurine. At the end of the duration, the creature reverts to its figurine form. It reverts to a figurine early if it drops to 0 hit points or if you use an action to speak the command word again while touching it. When the creature becomes a figurine again, its property can't be used again until a certain amount of time has passed, as specified in the figurine's description.
This polished obsidian horse can become a nightmare for up to 24 hours. The nightmare fights only to defend itself. Once it has been used, it can't be used again until 5 days have passed.
If you have a good alignment, the figurine has a 10 percent chance each time you use it to ignore your orders, including a command to revert to figurine form. If you mount the nightmare while it is ignoring your orders, you and the nightmare are instantly transported to a random location on the plane of Hades, where the nightmare reverts to figurine form.
Minor Property (Guardian) The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.
Quirk (Hungry) This item’s magical properties function only if fresh blood from a humanoid has been applied to it within the past 24 hours. It needs only a drop to activate.

Notes:

This horn is made from the scales and flesh of a defeated green dragon, fashioned to look like a pistol. Instead of blowing a horn, the user presses the trigger like it is a weapon and the chosen creature hears a small explosion. The magic used to form this unusual item means it cannot hold ammunition or be used as a weapon.

☐ Deciever (Scimitar of Speed) very_rare SJ-DC-DFA-03 Dragonfall Show
Notes:

This curved blade is made from a single piece of infernal iron, with no discernable hilt. Whenever it draws bllod, the bearer feels optimistic about what the future holds, as if hey can defeat or trick any opponent who crosses them.
