This appears as a normal gray cloak lined with the soft down of white feathers. When activated, the cloak transforms into the impressive plumage of angelic white feathers.

Two snake-like branches entwined together comprise the stalk of the staff. One is brown and the other is bright green. The top of the staff sprouts tiny limbs with equally tiny leaves, one side has red and gold autumn leaves and the other spring green. With each power that is used, the autumn leaves fall and begin to sprout new green leaves and fresh green bark, while the green side turns brown and its green leaves turn to autumn colors.

A wooden shield materializes on the stone peg. Iron spikes protrude from the shield’s edges, and a cracked orc skull is painted in black on its outer surface. A legend lore spell reveals that the shield was crafted for Nimoar, a legendary human warlord who died in 936 DR. Nimoar’s shield is a +3 shield with no additional magical properties.

The wielder can command the wand to sprout a set of leaves & berries on the end, suitable for use in winter holiday traditions. :) The bearer can speak Sylvan while the wand is on their person. These boots are navy blue, featuring black feathers adorning the sidewall, and white embroidery in a feather pattern adorning the toe. These boots require attunement to take advantage of their magical properties.
While wearing these boots, you have a flying speed equal to your walking speed. You can use the boots to fly for up to 4 hours, all at once or in several shorter flights, each one using a minimum of 1 minute from the duration. If you are flying when the duration expires, you descend at a rate of 30 feet per round until you land.
The boots regain 2 hours of flying capability for every 12 hours they aren’t in use.
