Notes:

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement)
While wearing this cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In an area of dim light or darkness, you can grip the edges of the cloak with both hands and use it to fly at a speed of 40 feet. If you ever fail to grip the cloak's edges while flying in this way, or if you are no longer in dim light or darkness, you lose this flying speed.
While wearing the cloak in an area of dim light or darkness, you can use your action to cast polymorph on yourself, transforming into a bat. While you are in the form of the bat, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn.
This cloak is made of hundreds of large, black feathers, and instead of transforming its wearer into a bat, this cloak allows its wearer to transform into a raven.

🗵 Dark Shard Amulet common CCC-DES-01-06 One Last Job Show
Notes:

wondrous item, minor tier, common (requires attunement by a warlock)

This item was a token gift from Jeny to Lance Brickcrystal. The necklace is dominated by a pendant crafted from a pale green amber. Inside is a small millipede, that occasionally twitches.
This amulet is fashioned from a single shard of resilient extraplanar material originating from the realm of your warlock patron. While you are wearing it, you gain the following benefits:
* You can use the amulet as a spellcasting focus for your warlock spells.
* You can try to cast a cantrip that you don't know. The cantrip must be on the warlock spell list, and you must make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check. If the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell, and the action used to cast the spell is wasted. In either case, you can't use this property again until you finish a long rest.

Notes:

Wondrous item, Common (requires attunement)
Wondrous item, common (requires attunement) This artificial eye replaces a real one that was lost or removed. While the ersatz eye is embedded in your eye socket, it can’t be removed by anyone other than you, and you can see through the tiny orb as though it were a normal eye. This item is found in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything. This item resembles a jelly-filled natural eye with a vibrant green iris. In the presence of fey creatures, it glows faintly in this green when such creatures are within 120 feet of it. This glowing is noticeable to those gazing into the eyes of the wearer, and it distorts color in one field of vision for the wearer when glowing.

🗵 Emerald of the War Mage (Ruby of the War Mage) common DDHC-MORD-01 Riddle of the Raven Queen Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, minor tier, common (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
Etched with eldritch runes, this 1-inch-diameter ruby allows you to use a simple or martial weapon as a spellcasting focus for your spells. For this property to work, you must attach the ruby to the weapon by pressing the ruby against it for at least 10 minutes. Thereafter, the ruby can't be removed unless you detach it as an action or the weapon is destroyed. Not even an antimagic field causes it to fall off. The ruby does fall off the weapon if your attunement to the ruby ends.

🗵 Firam's Shadow common CCC-MELB-01 A Single Tearfall Show
Notes:

*Cloak of Many Fashions, wondrous item, common *

While wearing this cloak, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, and apparent quality of the garment. The cloak’s weight doesn’t change. Regardless of its appearance, the cloak can’t be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic cloaks, it doesn’t gain their magical properties. This cloak was crafted from the shadow of the Archfey Firam. It was plucked and woven before the eyes of the characters and is glamoured to change its appearance at will.
