Notes:
Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
This black or dark blue robe is embroidered with small white or silver stars. You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws while you wear it.
Six stars, located on the robe's upper front portion, are particularly large. While wearing this robe, you can use an action to pull off one of the stars and use it to cast magic missile as a 5th-level spell. Daily at dusk, 1d6 removed stars reappear on the robe.
While you wear the robe, you can use an action to enter the Astral Plane along with everything you are wearing and carrying. You remain there until you use an action to return to the plane you were on. You reappear in the last space you occupied, or if that space is occupied, the nearest unoccupied space.
This item is found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide, pg. 194.
Harmonious. Attuning to this item takes only 1 minute.
This black velvety robe has Mystra’s symbol on the back.

Notes:
Wondrous Item, Common
These gemstones contain a crystallized bit of spellcasting magic. Different types of mind crystals exist, each with a different single-use effect.
When you cast a spell that has a casting time of 1 action while holding a mind crystal, you can modify the spell in a specific way that has an effect described below. You can use only a single mind crystal to modify the spell, and you can’t use a mind crystal and a Metamagic option on the same spell. Once you use a mind crystal, it becomes a nonmagical gem worth 50 gp.
Quickened. You change the spell's casting time to 1 bonus action for this casting.
This item is found in Phandelver and Below: The Shattered Obelisk, pg. 218.

You can cut this 50-foot coil of hempen rope into any number of smaller pieces, and then use an action to speak a command word and cause the pieces to knit back together. The pieces must be in contact with each other and not otherwise in use. A rope of mending is forever shortened if a section of it is lost or destroyed.

Notes:
Bapar Ghalmrin's Imperishable Ark (Chest of Preserving)
Food and other perishable items do not age or decay while inside a Chest of Preserving. The chest is 2½ feet long, 1½ feet wide, and 1 foot tall with a half-barrel lid. The chest has a lock, which can be picked with thieves' tools and a successful DC 15 Dexterity check. Smashing the lock or any other part of the chest renders it nonmagical.
This copper-plated chest has gold stripes and a magical painting of dwarves feasting in a hall. When the chest is empty of food, the dwarves look sad. When the chest is full of food, the dwarves smile happily. Interestingly, this chest never gets dirty.

Elminster’s Hat of Wizardry
Wondrous Item, Common (Requires Attunement by a Wizard)
This antiquated, cone-shaped hat is adorned with gold crescent moons and stars. While you are wearing it, you gain the following benefits:
· You can use the hat as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
· You can try to cast a cantrip that you don’t know. The cantrip must be on the wizard spell list, and you must make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check. If the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell, and the action used to cast the spell is wasted. In either case, you can’t use this property again until you finish a long rest.
This item is found in Xanathar's Guide to Everything, pg. 137.
This red conical hat is very worn.

Notes:
Staff, weapon (quarterstaff), very rare (requires attunement)
The Staff of Fate appears to have been intricately grown over with elm wood, concealing its true nature. Yet, the allure of blue crystals peeking through the wood's knots and at its end hints at its mystical power, cleverly masquerading as a mere walking stick.
This transparent crystal staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. Altered Outcome. The staff has 6 charges. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 of the staff's charges to give yourself or one other creature that you can see a d4. The recipient can roll this d4 and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, damage roll, or saving throw it makes before the start of your next turn. If this extra die is not used before then, it is lost. If you expend the staff's last charge, roll a d20. On a roll of 9 or lower, the staff becomes a nonmagical quarterstaff that breaks the first time it scores a hit and deals damage. On a roll of 10 or higher, the staff regains 1d6 of its expended charges. Versatile. This weapon can be used with one or two hands. A damage value in parentheses appears with the property—the damage when the weapon is used with two hands to make a melee attack.
