Wondrous Item, rare

This mechanical glove is forged in Mechanus. Any nonmagical weapon that you grasp with this glove is treated as a magic weapon. As a bonus action, you can activate this glove, causing the cogs to whir and sparks to be ignited which creates magical flames that envelop one of two melee weapons in your grasp. Each flaming weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. The flames last until you sheath or let go of either weapon. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a wizard)
Created by the astral elves of the Paradise Moon, the leaves of the Golden Apple are made of brilliantly colored crystals, grown in the Crystal Grove of the Hesperides Temple. So that the adventurers may carry the Song of the Hesperides with them wherever they travel, whenever spells are cast through the item, its crystal leaves resonate against one another, ‘echoing’ a tiny portion of the ancient song back to its wielder.
Song Craft. Whenever this item is struck or is used to strike a foe, its bearer hears a fragment of an ancient song.

WBW-DC-LSN-01 The Hat The Spat Rats
Show
Notes:
This hat has 3 charges. While holding the hat, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and speak a command word that summons your choice of a bat, a frog, or a rat (see the Player's Handbook or the Monster Manual for statistics). The summoned creature magically appears in the hat and tries to get away from you as quickly as possible. The creature is neither friendly nor hostile, and it isn't under your control. It behaves as an ordinary creature of its kind and disappears after 1 hour or when it drops to 0 hit points. The hat regains all expended charges daily at dawn.
This particular hat is made from bright red cloth, and leans playfully to one side when worn. It has the Minor Property – Language.
Language. The bearer of the hat can speak and understand Sylvan while it is on the bearer’s person.
Helm of Brilliance

DDHC-TYP - Tales from the Yawning Portal (Chapter 7: Tomb of Horrors)
Show
Notes:
Wondrous item, Very Rare (requires attunement)
This dazzling helm is set with 1d10 diamonds, 2d10 rubies, 3d10 fire opals, and 4d10 opals. Any gem pried from the helm crumbles to dust. When all the gems are removed or destroyed, the helm loses its magic.
You gain the following benefits while wearing it:
You can use an action to cast one of the following spells (save DC 18), using one of the helm's gems of the specified type as a component: daylight (opal), fireball (fire opal), prismatic spray (diamond), or wall of fire (ruby). The gem is destroyed when the spell is cast and disappears from the helm.
As long as it has at least one diamond, the helm emits dim light in a 30-foot radius when at least one undead is within that area. Any undead that starts its turn in that area takes 1d6 radiant damage.
As long as the helm has at least one ruby, you have resistance to fire damage.
As long as the helm has at least one fire opal, you can use an action and speak a command word to cause one weapon you are holding to burst into flames. The flames emit bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. The flames are harmless to you and the weapon. When you hit with an attack using the blazing weapon, the target takes an extra 1d6 fire damage. The flames last until you use a bonus action to speak the command word again or until you drop or stow the weapon.
Roll a d20 if you are wearing the helm and take fire damage as a result of failing a saving throw against a spell. On a roll of 1, the helm emits beams of light from its remaining gems. Each creature within 60 feet of the helm other than you must succeed on a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or be struck by a beam, taking radiant damage equal to the number of gems in the helm. The helm and its gems are then destroyed.
The Gem has 10 Diamonds,10 Rubies,11 Fire Opals, 23 Opals

Notes:
Wondrous item, rare
You can use an action to blow this horn. In response, warrior spirits from the Valhalla appear within 60 feet of you. They use the statistics of a berserker. They return to Valhalla after 1 hour or when they drop to 0 hit points.
Once you use the horn, it can't be used again until 7 days have passed. Four types of horn of Valhalla are known to exist, each made of a different metal. The horn's type determines how many berserkers answer its summons, as well as the requirement for its use. The brass horn summons 3d4 + 3 berserkers and requires proficiency with all simple weapons. If you blow the horn without meeting its requirement, the summoned berserkers attack you. If you meet the requirement, they are friendly to you and your companions and follow your commands. This item is found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. This gleaming brass horn has flaming swords, the holy symbols of Tempus, etched all along its length. The horn instills eagerness for battle in its bearer.
Immovable Rod

Notes:
This flat iron rod has a button on one end. You can use an action to press the button, which causes the rod to become magically fixed in place. Until you or another creature uses an action to push the button again, the rod doesn't move, even if it is defying gravity. The rod can hold up to 8,000 pounds of weight. More weight causes the rod to deactivate and fall. A creature can use an action to make a DC 30 Strength check, moving the fixed rod up to 10 feet on a success.
Instrument of the Bards (Anstruth Harp)

DDAL-DRW-18 Against the Machine
Show
Notes:
Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement by a Bard)
The graceful curves, intricate decoration, and peerless sound of this harp mark it as one of greatest musical instruments ever fashioned. Carvings in the harp’s golden wood depict the gods dancing to the music of Milil, god of song.
An instrument of the bards is an exquisite example of its kind, superior to an ordinary instrument in every way. Seven types of these instruments exist, each named after a legendary bard college. A creature that attempts to play the instrument without being attuned to it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 2d4 psychic damage.
You can use an action to play the instrument and cast one of the following spells: control weather, cure wounds (5th level), fly, invisibility, levitate, protection from evil and good, or wall of thorns. Once the instrument has been used to cast a spell, it can’t be used to cast that spell again until the next dawn. The spells use your spellcasting ability and spell save DC.
You can play the instrument while casting a spell that causes any of its targets to be charmed on a failed saving throw, thereby imposing disadvantage on the save. This effect applies only if the spell has a somatic or a material component.

DDAL-DRW-17 Expedition to the Supreme Forge
Show
Notes:
Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
This translucent green stone came from the Far Realm.
An Ioun stone is named after Ioun, a god of knowledge and prophecy revered on some worlds. Many types of Ioun stone exist, each type a distinct combination of shape and color.
When you use an action to toss one of these stones into the air, the stone orbits your head at a distance of 1d3 feet and confers a benefit to you. Thereafter, another creature must use an action to grasp or net the stone to separate it from you, either by making a successful attack roll against AC 24 or a successful DC 24 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. You can use an action to seize and stow the stone, ending its effect.
A stone has AC 24, 10 hit points, and resistance to all damage. It is considered to be an object that is being worn while it orbits your head.
Your Intelligence score increases by 2, to a maximum of 20, while this marbled scarlet and blue sphere orbits your head.
