Shyranna's Folly (Oathbow w/ Language minor property) very_rare CCC-OCC-01 Red War: Housekeeping Show
Notes:

Weapon, very rare, requires attunement

When you nock an arrow on this bow, it whispers in Elvish, "Swift defeat to my enemies." When you use
this weapon to make a ranged attack, you can, as a command phrase, say, "Swift death to you who have
wronged me." The target of your attack becomes your sworn enemy until it dies or until dawn seven
days later. You can have only one such sworn enemy at a time. When your sworn enemy dies, you can choose a new one after the next dawn.

When you make a ranged attack roll with this weapon against your sworn enemy, you have advantage on the roll. In addition, your target gains no benefit from cover, other than total cover, and you suffer no disadvantage due to long range. If the attack hits, your sworn enemy takes an extra 3d6 piercing damage. While your sworn enemy lives, you have disadvantage on attack rolls with all other weapons.

This elven bow has the soul of a Thayan rebel permanently and irreversibly entwined within it, her sigil defiled and etched into the grip.

Language minor property. When attuned, the bearer can speak and understand Thayan, in addition to receiving the following Bond: “I will not be at peace until Szass Tam and his plots are erased from existence”.

Notes:

Legendary
Weapon (Any), Rarity Varies (Requires Attunement) This weapon is decorated with dragon heads, claws, wings, scales, or Draconic letters. When it steeps in a dragon’s hoard, it absorbs the energy of the dragon’s breath weapon and deals damage of that type with its special properties. Slumbering (Uncommon). Whenever you roll a 20 on your attack roll with this weapon, each creature of your choice within 5 feet of the target takes 5 damage of the type dealt by the dragon’s breath weapon. Stirring (Rare). The Stirring weapon has the Slumbering property. In addition, you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made using the weapon. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d6 damage of the type dealt by the dragon’s breath weapon on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once this action is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn. Ascendant (Legendary). The Ascendant weapon has the Slumbering property, and it improves on the Stirring and Wakened properties. The First Sword (Ascended Amethyst Dragon's Breath Longsword) legendary PO-BK-3-11 Covenant of the Blood Goddess Show
Notes:

The wide blade of this exquisite weapon is inlaid with draconic runes of violet amethyst. Its grip is fashioned in the shape of a coiled snake, with the pommel as its head. The sword was initially created by yuan-ti smiths on the plane of Vudra. As a mundane blade, it was then lost by its wielder during a failed conquest of a dragon-ruled realm. It gained its magic over centuries of languishing in an amethyst dragon’s hoard, before being recovered by a raid of conquering mariliths. The mariliths returned it to their home plane of Vudra, where it was often used as the first blade of its greatest champions, including — legends say — Shaktari herself.

The Lair of Kellorm Carnelia (Ring of Spell Turning) legendary PS-DC-CAR-01 13 Hours in Sigil Show
The Pandora Box (Necklace of Prayer Beads with Blissful property) rare FR-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-12 Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Cleric, Druid, or Paladin)

Beads: 2 Blessing, 1 Curing, 2 Favor, for characters that achieved other endings with Pandora sealed away.

Flavor
Pandora resides within this box. Everytime you touch the Pandora Box, you recall one cherished memory spent with Pandora. You could almost hear her voice bombarding you with endless questions. Whenever you are feeling down, you could almost see a faint image of her cheering you up. Whenever you are feeling hesitant, you remember her, filled with curiosity, rushing in head first without fear or worries. No matter what happens, no matter how strong the adversary may be, remember… Pandora will always be there for you, and this thought immediately washes away your weariness and restores your vigor.

If you have the Summons bead and you use it, at the DM’s discretion, you may summon forth Pandora. Pandora most appropriately uses the living portent stat block but with chaotic good alignment.
