Wondrous item, common (requires attunement)
While this stuffed doll is within 5 feet of you, you can spend a short rest telling it to say up to six phrases, none of which can be more than six words long, and you can set a condition under which the doll speaks each phrase. You can also replace old phrases with new ones. Whatever the condition, it must occur within 5 feet of the doll to make it speak. For example, when someone picks up the doll, it might say, “I want a piece of candy.” The doll’s phrases are lost when your attunement to the doll ends.

Covetous. The item’s bearer becomes obsessed with material wealth. Lord Benedict Puffinsmash likes to gather piles of chew toys to keep for himself, and this doll has been imbued with his hoarding habits.

This standard set of clothing for students is a combination of black trousers or a red skirt, together with a black top decorated with gold outlines and buttons. The fabric of the uniform is specially made to make it easy and comfortable to wear under armor.

This pipe is covered with Ignan symbols for fire and the bearer suffers no harm in temperatures as cold as -20 degrees Fahrenheit or as warm as 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

This “rope” consists of 50 feet of lightning that functions as a standard rope despite its “shocking” appearance.

This pole is covered with Terran symbols for strength and while underground, the bearer of this item always knows the item’s depth below the surface and the direction to the nearest staircase, ramp, or other path leading upward.

This official Honeybell Habitats mug has the slogan “Show me the HONEY” painted on the side with an illustration of a flying bee. A beverage drunk out of this mug tastes faintly of star thistle honey, before an automated message announces, “Get back to work!”

This tankard is covered with Aquan Symbols for celebration and the taskard floats on water and other liquids. Its bearer has advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to swim.

This stuffed doll of a princely triton looks a little… chewed upon, but is otherwise none the worse for wear. When found, the doll repeats the phrase "I am Captain Prince Glip Glop of the Respectable House of Glop, Third of his Name, and Ambassador to the Material Plane!" when someone within 5 feet of the dolls says, “What is your name?”

This wooden staff has the words “PROPERTY OF THE HOUSE OF THE PATH AND THE WAY. PLEASE RETURN IF FOUND.” carved into it.

The bag is dark blue with grey straps and a strap of metallic fastener at the top that binds the edges of the opening. The bag of holding also has the school’s logo at the side with a small devil toy trinket hanging from one of the straps.

Heavy armor, uncommon
Mithral is a light, flexible metal. A mithral chain shirt or breastplate can be worn under normal clothes. If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version of the armor doesn't.
Ghoriliath wears a suit of mithral plate emblazoned with an unblinking, lidless eye in the center of the breastplate.

This ring of clouds wraps around the wielders finger and makes them feel lighter than air.
While wearing this ring, you can cast the jump spell from it as a bonus action at will but can target only yourself when you do so.
