đŸ—” Wand of Stars (Wand of Pyrotechnics) common WBW-DC-AA-ASHALON-02 Under the Cover of Stars Show
Notes:

Wand, common
This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and create a harmless burst of multicolored light at a point you can see up to 60 feet away. The burst of light is accompanied by a crackling noise that can be heard up to 300 feet away. The light is as bright as a torch flame but lasts only a second.
The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand erupts in a harmless pyrotechnic display and is destroyed. This item can be found in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.
This wand, created by the archfey Ananeira's research, releases miniature shooting stars. It can also provide light in the darkness. You can use a bonus action to shed bright moonlight in a 10-ft radius and dim light for another 10 ft.

☐ Stone of Good Luck uncommon DDHC-TYP Tales from the Yawning Portal: White Plume Mountain Show
🎕 Spellwrought Tattoo of Message (C-ASSIST) common SJ-DC-BLU-1 Blue Sun Facility Show
Notes:

Wondrous item (tattoo), common
Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo contains a single spell of up to 5th level, wrought on your skin by a magic needle. To use the tattoo, you must hold the needle against your skin and speak the command word. The needle turns into ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin in whatever design you like. Once the tattoo is there, you can cast its spell, requiring no material components. The tattoo glows faintly while you cast the spell and for the spell's duration. Once the spell ends, the tattoo vanishes from your skin.
The level of the spell in the tattoo determines the spell's saving throw DC, attack bonus, spellcasting ability modifier, and the tattoo's rarity, as shown in the Spellwrought Tattoo table (see Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything, pg. 135).
Metamorphic. This tattoo periodically and randomly changes its design on the wearer’s skin to reflect advertisements and memos from the artificer that designed it. It also occasionally glows brighter and dimmer, but not enough to be a useful source of light.

đŸ—” Shroud of Night (Cloak of Billowing) common WBW-DB-AA-ASHALON-01 Beneath the Eternal Glacier Show

☐ Gem of Brightness uncommon CCC-ROLL20-02 The Heir of Orcus: Verse III Show
Notes:

This magnificent 20-sided gem is made from the remains of earth, fire, water, and air elementals and resembles an artifact of lore. It is said, deities from another dimension used gems crafted in such a fashion to control the actions and decisions of mortals. Many Faerûnian scholars believe there is no truth to such myths.

☐ Frost Salamander Whistle (Horn of Valhalla, Silver) rare WBW-DC-AA-ASHALON-02 Under the Cover of Stars Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, rare
You can use an action to blow this horn. In response, warrior spirits from the Valhalla appear within 60 feet of you. They use the statistics of a berserker. They return to Valhalla after 1 hour or when they drop to 0 hit points. Once you use the horn, it can't be used again until 7 days have passed.
Four types of horn of Valhalla are known to exist, each made of a different metal. The horn's type determines how many berserkers answer its summons, as well as the requirement for its use.
If you blow the horn without meeting its requirement, the summoned berserkers attack you. If you meet the requirement, they are friendly to you and your companions and follow your commands. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
This horn was formed from the skull of a white dragon once offered to Aesandoral the Frostlord. It summons frost salamanders (with the statistics of berserkers). It will also carry your voice loudly as you bellow your battle commands.

đŸ—č Astromancy Archive rare SJ-DC-BLU-1 Blue Sun Facility Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a wizard)
This brass disc of articulated, concentric rings unfolds into an armillary sphere. As a bonus action, you can unfold it into the sphere or back into a disc. When found, it contains the following spells, which are wizard spells for you while you are attuned to it: Augury, Divination, Find the Path, Foresight, Locate Creature, and Locate Object. It functions as a spellbook for you, with spells encoded on the rings.
While you are holding the archive, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
The archive has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You can use the charges in the following ways while holding it:
· If you spend 1 minute studying the archive, you can expend 1 charge to replace one of your prepared wizard spells with a different spell in the archive. The new spell must be of the divination school.
· When a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend 1 charge and force the creature to roll a d4 and apply the number rolled as a bonus or penalty (your choice) to the original roll. You can do this after you see the roll but before its effects are applied.
Compass. A creature attuned to the astromancy archive can use an action to determine which way is north. If the creature is not on a world with clearly defined cardinal directions, such as the middle of wildspace, it instead points to the closest world that does.
At the DM's discretion, a Monster Slayer, Battlemaster, or other character with a similar class feature can obtain appropriate knowledge from the following creatures: Slaad, Neogi, Cranium Rats, Chuul, and Balhannoth
