DDHC-TYP Tales from the Yawning Portal: White Plume Mountain
Show
☐ Robe of Eyes
rare
CCC-BMG-HILL1S HILL1-S Onslaught
Show
Notes:
The eyelike patterns embroidered upon this dark blue robe glow faintly when within 100 feet of a source of strong elemental power, such as a gate to an elemental plane or a formidable elemental creature. A description of this item can be found in the Dungeon Master's Guide.
☐ Cape of the Mountebank
rare
DDAL04-7 The Innocent
Show
Notes:
This long cape is made of light-grey silk trimmed in coarse, black fur. Although it is obviously of high quality, it appears tattered and worn. Instead of smoke, a cloud of stale dust is left behind when the wearer disappears.
🗹 Glamoured Studded Leather
rare
DDAL04-9 The Tempter
Show
Notes:
Any illusion of normal clothing and other types of armor created by this item can appear only to be of the finest quality. No matter what form it takes, when you wear this item, your appearance draws the eye of those around you. In its natural state, this armor is tight and immodestly cut.
☐ Necklace of Prayer Beads
rare
DDHC-TYP Tales from the Yawning Portal: White Plume Mountain
Show
Notes:
2xBlessing, 2 Curing, Favor, Smiting
☐ Ring of Protection

Show
☐ Plate of Vulnerability (Slashing)
rare
DDHC-TYP Tales from the Yawning Portal: White Plume Mountain
Show
☐ Wand of Binding
rare
DDAL04-10 The Artifact
Show
Notes:
This wand it made of a piece of amber carved to look like strands of rope entwined around a skeletal hand with the index finger outstretched. The owner’s dreams are plagued by nightmares of being buried alive and leaving important things left unfinished
☐ Dagger of Venom
rare
DDAL04-11 The Donjon
Show
Notes:
This dagger is forged to appear as a knot of vipers, their tails becoming the pointed blade and heads agape forming the hilt and guard. The wielder hears the sound of hissing snakes when within 120 feet of poison or a venomous creature.
☐ Bonds of Fear (Dimensional Shackles)
rare
DDAL04-12 The Raven
Show
Notes:
These chains are etched with twisted screaming faces and clouds of fog. When placed upon a victim, they are enveloped in mist an inch thick that dampens hearing and vision passing through it. The victim is only peripherally aware of the world around them and even their loudest screams can be heard only as the softest of whispers. Occasionally shadowy forms can be seen moving through the mist, as if the victim were not alone.
☐ Ring of Animal Influence
rare
DDAL4-13 The Horseman
Show
Notes:
This ring is decorated with canid and raptor symbols. The wearer feels predatory urges and desires a diet of fresh meat
☐ Bracers of Defense
rare
DDAL04-14 The Dark Lord
Show
Notes:
These leather bracers are stitched with a symbol of an open hand, bloodlessly pierced through the palm with a heart shaped hole. The bracers fill the wearer with the belief that that is love eternal, regardless of creed, nationality, or vital signs
☐ Wolfskin Cap (Hat of Disguise)
uncommon
DDAL04-3 The Executioner
Show
Notes:
This thick and fuzzy hat is actually a hat of disguise, and looks incredibly comfortable. While it allows the wearer to cast disguise self at-will, the power is limited in that it only disguises the wearer as a plainlooking brown-haired human male in his late twenties. However, while so disguised, the wearer is hidden from spells abilities that would detect its true nature (such as divine sense).
☐ Driftglobe
uncommon
DDAL04-10 The Artifact
Show
🗹 Whip of Warning
uncommon
DDAL04-2 The Beast
Show
Notes:
This whip is fashioned from a length of rotting, thorn-covered vine set into a handle made of an unusual purple wood. The pommel is a large chunk of unpolished amber with a moving eyeball trapped within. A description of this item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
☐ Periapt of Wound Closure
uncommon
CCC-BMG-11 HILL1-2 Exodus
Show
Notes:
This fine gold pendant boasts a small, golden charm depicting two upturned, open hands with long, graceful fingers holding a set of three small crystals. It does have one minor drawback. Unless the wielder is a construct or of fey origin (including elves and half-elves), they suffer a non-life threatening allergic reaction during the entire short rest they are attuning to the item, as well as for 2d4 rounds after each use. The allergic reaction may take the form of sneezing, coughing, itching, or watery eyes and may vary from use to use.
☐ Eyes of Charming
uncommon
DDAL04-4 The Marionette
Show
Notes:
These glasses sport lenses of brilliant amber with slender slivers of green glass resembling the vertical pupils of a serpent’s eyes. If the wearer is evil, they may choose to impose disadvantage on the effect’s saving throw. Once this feature of the glasses has been used, it can’t be used again until the following dawn.
☐ Barrier Tattoo (12+Dex)
uncommon
DDHC-KftGV-03 Reach for the Stars
Show
