Eschantrii Staff (Staff of Adornment) common SJ-DC-MONSTER-01 Phoenix Show
Notes:

If you place an object weighing no more than 1 pound (such as a shard of crystal, an egg, or a stone) above the tip of the staff while holding it, the object floats an inch from the staff’s tip and remains there until it is removed or until the staff is no longer in your possession. The staff can have up to three such objects floating over its tip at any given time. While holding the staff, you can make one or more of the objects slowly spin or turn in place.

This item is warm to the touch, crafted from plane-touched fire trees. Sigils of flames cover its surface. Shades of red and orange are the prominent colors

Temperate. The bearer suffers no harm in temperatures as cold as -20 degrees Fahrenheit or as warm as 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Moon-Touched Greatsword common DDAL-DRW-17 Expedition to the Supreme Forge Show
Notes:

The flats of the blade act like windows onto a night sky with blinking stars and a large viridian sphere shifting slowly in different directions. Three sluggish, green tentacles protrude from one end of the blade, acting as its guard and grip. The light the blade produces is green, and is emitted from the viridian sphere.

In darkness, the unsheathed blade of this sword sheds moonlight, creating bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet.

Chest of Preserving (Minor Property: Sentinel - Undead) common PS-DC-STRAT-UNDEAD-02 Liches Just Want To Have Fun Show

An ornate chest decorated with images of flowers, fruits, and a tiny mouse running among the forest. Inside is a note that reads: “Thanks for restoring Elysium. You’ll always have a friend here. -Tarfen”. The chest glows when undead creatures are nearby.

Emerald of the war mage common DDHC-MORD-01 Riddles of the Ravenqueen DDHC-MORD-01 Riddles of the Ravenqueen Show
Notes:

Etched with eldritch runes, this 1-inch-diameter ruby allows you to use a simple or martial weapon as a spellcasting focus for your spells. For this property to work, you must attach the ruby to the weapon by pressing the ruby against it for at least 10 minutes. Thereafter, the ruby can’t be removed unless you detach it as an action or the weapon is destroyed. Not even an antimagic field causes it to fall off. The ruby does fall off the weapon if your attunement to the ruby ends.

Wingwear uncommon DDEP2 Mulmaster Undone Show
Notes:

This snug uniform has symbols of air stitched into it and leathery flaps that stretch along the arms, waist, and legs to create wings for gliding. A suit of wingwear has 3 charges. While you wear the suit, you can use a bonus action and expend 1 charge to gain a flying speed of 30 feet until you land. At the end of each of your turns, your altitude drops by 5 feet. Your altitude drops instantly to 0 feet at the end of your turn if you didn't fly at least 30 feet horizontally on that turn. When your altitude drops to 0 feet, you land (or fall), and you must expend another charge to use the suit again.

The suit regains all of its expended charges after spending at least 1 hour in an elemental air node.

Mithral Plate Armor uncommon DDHC-MORD-01 Riddles of the Ravenqueen DDHC-MORD-01 Riddles of the Ravenqueen Show
Notes:

Mithral is a light, flexible metal. A mithral chain shirt or breastplate can be worn under normal clothes. If the armor normally imposes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks or has a Strength requirement, the mithral version of the armor doesn't.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.

A suit of mithral plate emblazoned with an unblinking, lidless eye in the center of the breastplate.

Keoghtoms Ointment 5 Doses uncommon DDHC-CM-16 Alkazar's Apendix Show
Notes:

This glass jar, 3 inches in diameter, contains 5 doses of a thick mixture that smells faintly of aloe. The jar and its contents weigh 1/2 pound.

As an action, one dose of the ointment can be swallowed or applied to the skin. The creature that receives it regains 2d8 + 2 hit points, ceases to be poisoned, and is cured of any disease.

Eversmoking Bottle uncommon DDHC-CM-16 Alkazar's Apendix Show
Notes:

Smoke leaks from the lead-stoppered mouth of this brass bottle, which weighs 1 pound. When you use an action to remove the stopper, a cloud of thick smoke pours out in a 60-foot radius from the bottle. The cloud's area is heavily obscured. Each minute the bottle remains open and within the cloud, the radius increases by 10 feet until it reaches its maximum radius of 120 feet.

The cloud persists as long as the bottle is open. Closing the bottle requires you to speak its command word as an action. Once the bottle is closed, the cloud disperses after 10 minutes. A moderate wind (11 to 20 miles per hour) can also disperse the smoke after 1 minute, and a strong wind (21 or more miles per hour) can do so after 1 round.

Ring of Evasion rare DDAL-DRW-16 Uprising Show
Notes:

Crafted for the Red Wizards, this ring bears their symbol (eight orbs spiraling around an arcane starburst) carved into a jasper gem. The ring can only be destroyed by a moon-touched sword.

This ring has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. When you fail a Dexterity saving throw while wearing it, you can use your reaction to expend 1 of its charges to succeed on that saving throw instead.

Ring of Spell Storing rare DDHC-TYP Tales from the Yawning Portal - White Plume Mountain Show
Notes:

Requires Attunement

This ring stores Spells cast into it, holding them until the attuned wearer uses them. The ring can store up to 5 levels worth of Spells at a time. When found, it contains 1d6 - 1 levels of stored Spells chosen by the DM.

Any creature can Cast a Spell of 1st through 5th Level into the ring by touching the ring as the spell is cast. The spell has no Effect, other than to be stored in the ring. If the ring can't hold the spell, the spell is expended without Effect. The level of the slot used to cast the spell determines how much space it uses.

While wearing this ring, you can cast any spell stored in it. The spell uses the slot level, spell save DC, spell Attack bonus, and Spellcasting ability of the original caster, but is otherwise treated as if you cast the spell. The spell cast from the ring is no longer stored in it, freeing up space.

This long cape is made of light-grey silk trimmed in coarse, black fur. Although it is obviously of high quality, it appears tattered and worn. Instead of smoke, a cloud of stale dust is left behind when the wearer disappears.
