While not a truly intelligent item, the Eye of Xxiphu bestows terrifying insight into the true nature of the nightmarish aboleths.

The attuned possessor of the Eye gains telepathy out to a range of 120 feet, and may cover themselves in coat of mucous that allows them to breathe underwater as well as on land. The petrified orb is large and heavy, but does not need to be held in order to use its powers.

Additionally, aboleths have disadvantage when attacking the owner of the Eye, and the owner has advantage on ability checks in regards to knowledge-based ability checks about aboleths and the Far Realm when they are not in combat.

The efreeti Prince Rashidi al-Zahar ibn Rath transmogrified an efreeti sultana into this delicate suit of crimson chain mail. The wearer of this armor always feels a slight draft, and sometimes finds it hard to stay focused on a task.

Hewn from the bedrock of Chult itself, this mighty stone staff offers tremendous magical power—and all it asks is that you honor Ubtao in the process. Though it is crafted of stone, the staff is surprisingly light and easy to use.

This 6-inch tall figurine is crudely crafted of obsidian with tiny ruby chips for eyes. The command word, “Tenebrax”, is scratched in Infernal along the figure’s belly.

This impressive battleaxe possesses a massive haft with a huge gear turning gently atop it. Connected to the gear are a series of gnashing blades that extend when the weapon is wielded against giants. As a bonus action, a dwarf or a character that worships a dwarven deity may brandish this weapon and gain advantage on one Charisma (Intimidation) check. Once this property has been used, it can’t be used again until the following dawn.

Each of the elven oathbows are possessed of mythical power and ancient legends. Shadowsong is hewn from a supple length of yew and features curious green metal tendrils snaking through its length. It glows dimly in the presence of humans.

This sturdy suit of plate armor is crafted of damascene steel. The armor is clearly of dwarven make, from the sturdy lines of the helm to the stout, angular greaves.

Any creature that attunes to the tablet must make a DC 20 Wisdom saving throw at the end of its next long rest. On a failed save, the creature becomes afflicted with a random form of long-term madness (see "Madness" in chapter 8 of the Dungeon Master's Guide).

As an action, a creature attuned to the Black Crystal Tablet can use it to cast eyebite or gate (the portal created by this spell links to the Far Realm only). After the tablet is used to cast a spell, it cannot be used again until the next dawn.

This cold steel ring is invisible when unworn but becomes visible when slipped onto the wearer’s finger. While wearing this ring, you can turn invisible as an action. Anything you are wearing or carrying – apart from this ring – is invisible with you. You remain invisible until the ring is removed, until you attack or cast a spell, or until you use a bonus action to become visible again. To avoid being spotted while invisible, you must cover the ring with a glove.

This thick tome contains pages of thin, hammered copper and has thing covers of slate. It is held shut by a severed elven tongue. Occasionally, the attuned user of this spellbook finds messages that have been scrawled by someone claiming to be Netherese; this ghostly writer refers to itself simply as “the warlock” and frequently opines on the power of the one true god of magic: Mystryl.

Having this wand on one’s person causes fits of restless sleep—where the owner’s nights are filled with wonderful dreams of soaring above the canopy on wide, feathered wings; burrowing among the roots of immense trees with wide, thick claws; and the other goings on that jungle critters seem to enjoy so much. Aside from this, the slender, foot-long length of grey stone is otherwise unexceptional.

Following the destruction of Rantantar, one of his oldest apprentices, Halaster recovered the dead archmage's wand of wonder—only to discover that Rantantar had somehow bound his evil spirit inside it. A dispel evil and good spell cast on the wand rid it of Rantantar's evil spirit.

If you fit this collar to your familiar or pet, they are given VIP treatment complete with treats and lots of good petting from the staff.

When you tinkle this bell, any bard performing in an inn or tavern is obligated to perform your favorite song on your request.
