This silver implement is shaped like a tree branch and is strung with small golden bells. The branch is a spellcasting focus for your spells while you hold it. The branch has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You can use the charges in the following ways while holding it:

As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to detect the presence of aberrations, celestials, constructs, elementals, fey, fiends, or undead within 60 feet of you. If such creatures are present and don’t have total cover from you, the bells ring softly, their tone indicating the creature types present.

As an action, you can expend 1 charge to cast protection from evil and good.
This item is found in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything. Made of mahogany wood, the protector uses the batuta to monitor trespassers and threat in Pahinga. The item blinks whenever there is a threat nearby.

While wearing this costume, you can use a bonus action to change the style, color, and apparent quality of the garment. The cloak's weight doesn't change. Regardless of its appearance, the cloak can't be anything but a cloak. Although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic cloaks, it doesn't gain their magical properties. This item is found in the Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.

This costume was made specifically for Wooby's play, Ang Alamat ng Ampalaya. It can only change its appearance to that of another vegetable.

The Kernel insists that this tarantula of unusual size is house-trained. Fritter wears a harness made of definitely-not-humanoid-teeth-how-dare-you and woven spiderwebs. Fritter uses the giant spider stat block with the following changes: • For your own safety, Fritter’s poison glands have been removed. Their bite does not deal poison damage. • Fritter has an intense fear of heights. You must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom (Animal Handling) check to convince Fritter to use their spider climb ability. If killed, Fritter can be summoned via find steed, find greater steed, or phantom steed.

Syren's Protective Shard (Ioun Stone of Protection w/ +2 initiative)
Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
Once attuned, the small shard faintly glows with various shades of red, orange and gold hues, it resembles a moving flame as it orbits.

When you use an action to toss one of these stones into the air, the stone orbits your head at a distance of 1d3 feet and confers a benefit to you. Thereafter, another creature must use an action to grasp or net the stone to separate it from you, either by making a successful attack roll against AC 24 or a successful DC 21 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. You can use an action to seize and stow the stone, ending its effect.
A stone has AC 24, 10 hit points, and resistance to all damage. It is considered to be an object that is being worn while it orbits your head.
Protection. You gain a +1 bonus to AC while this dusty rose prism orbits your head. This item is found in the Basic Rules Book.

Minor Property: Guardian. The item whispers warning to its wearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo appears on your body as whatever you desire.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin…
Fluid Ink. As a bonus action, you can shape the tattoo into any color or pattern and move it to any area of your skin. Whatever form it takes, it is always obviously a tattoo. It can range in size from no smaller than a copper piece to an intricate work of art that covers all your skin.
Disguise Self. As an action, you can use the tattoo to cast the disguise self spell (DC 13 to discern the disguise). Once the spell is cast from the tattoo, it can’t be cast from the tattoo again until the next dawn. This item is found in the Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything.
