While wearing this circlet, you can use an action to cast the scorching ray spell with it. When you make the spell’s attacks, you do so with an attack bonus of +5. The circlet can’t be used this way again until the next dawn. While worn, the voices of the dead whisper to you, granting you a +2 bonus to initiative if the wearer isn’t incapacitated. This circlet is very old – from the time of Aesperus when he was alive. It is made of copper and onyx, with golden chains draping down from the circlet. In the center is a single shard of obsidian. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Wondrous Item, common

This dusty old cap has 3 charges. While holding the hat, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and speak a command word that summons a bat, a frog, or a rat (see the Player’s Handbook or the Monster Manual for statistics). The summoned creature magically appears in the hat and tries to get away from you as quickly as possible. The creature is neither friendly nor hostile, and it isn’t under your control. It behaves as an ordinary creature of its kind and disappears after 1 hour or when it drops to 0 hit points. The hat regains all expended charges daily at dawn. While wearing this black hat, with two large felt ears, you name is magically written on it in yellow stitching. When you take it off, the name disappears. This item can be found in the Xanathar’s Guide to Everything.

This set of plate armor has a special latch that can be pulled by the wearer to instantly rip off all armor parts if needed. You can doff this armor as a Magic action.

Guardian. The item warns you, granting a +2 bonus to your Initiative rolls if you don't have the Incapacitated condition. (Caution: the item can not warn you about bad choices)

The wearer has Disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

If the wearer has a Strength score lower than 15, their speed is reduced by 10 feet.

Wand, common

This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 of its charges and create a harmless burst of multicolored light at a point you can see up to 60 feet away. The burst of light is accompanied by a crackling noise that can be heard up to 300 feet away. The light is as bright as a torch flame but lasts only a second.

The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand erupts in a harmless pyrotechnic display and is destroyed.

Formed out of glowing lines of light that constantly shift into new configurations, this orange wand is compact and fits neatly in the palm of your hand. The lines occasionally form into runic symbols from some long-dead language, but these seem impossible to decipher.

Minor Property (Language - Netherese: Loross*)

The bearer can speak and understand a language of the DM’s choice while the item is on the bearer’s person.

*As the Domain of Delight of Momentum is formed from major and minor historical moments, Loross from the Netheril Empire is suggested as a suitably ancient language for this Minor Property.

Quirk (Metamorphic) The item periodically and randomly alters its appearance in slight ways. The bearer has no control over these minor alterations, which have no effect on the item’s use.

This copper amulet contains tiny interlocking gears and is powered by magic from Mechanus, a plane of clockwork predictability. Faint ticking and whirring noises emanate from within. When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Flavor Text: "This amulet has the Language property: The bearer can speak and understand Modron while the item is on the bearer's person."
