Revisited Elmwood and defeated Jacobson a former priest of the Cult of Eternal Flame and found letters indicating that there is a hybrid devastation orb being made in Mulmaster.

Found a band of orcs which the party parleyed with, and discovered that they had been coerced into kidnapping the children by Jarlox, who was sacrificing them to a Red Wizard for power.
Defeated Jarlock and reported back to Calypso.
