This elaborate helm is made of Avernium, a black metal found only in Avernus. The helm has the appearance of a crown with spikes. The inner circle of the helm has an inscription in Infernal which reads, “Avernus Dragonchess Champion.”

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. The bonus increases to +3 when you use the mace to attack a construct.

When you roll a 20 on an attack roll made with this weapon, the target takes an extra 7 bludgeoning damage, or 14 bludgeoning damage if it's a construct. If a construct has 25 hit points or fewer after taking this damage, it is destroyed.

Proficiency with a mace allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This silver implement is shaped like a tree branch and is strung with small golden bells. The branch is a spellcasting focus for your spells while you hold it.

The branch has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You can use the charges in the following ways while holding it:

As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to detect the presence of aberrations, celestials, constructs, elementals, fey, fiends, or undead within 60 feet of you. If such creatures are present and don't have total cover from you, the bells ring softly, their tone indicating the creature types present.
As an action, you can expend 1 charge to cast Protection from Evil and Good.

Crafted from a branch of the immortal peach tree wood and infused with immortality elixir, the branch rattles with golden bells forged from the earth and fire of the Flower Fruit Mountain.

Wondrous item (tattoo), very rare (require attunement)

Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo features symbols of life and rebirth.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.

If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Necrotic Resistance. You have resistance to necrotic damage.

Life Ward. When you would be reduced to 0 hit points, you drop to 1 hit point instead. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Language. The bearer can speak and understand Primordial language while the item is on the bearer’s person. The bearer can also understand the language of chickens and other avians.

A cloud-shaped magical item that follows the will of its bearer, letting them soar through the heavens.

The archfey, the Fenghuang, imbues characters with a Lifewell Tattoo to use. The characters can keep the Lifewell Tattoo as part of a pact with an archfey.
