Weapon, rare

A dagger fashioned from the tooth of a dragon. While the blade is obviously a fang or predator's tooth, the handle is leather wrapped around the root of the tooth, and there is no cross-guard.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls you make with this weapon. On a hit with this weapon, the target takes an extra 1d6 acid damage.

Draconic Potency. Against enemies of the Cult of the Dragon, the dagger's bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls increases to +2, and the extra acid damage increases to 2d6.

Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Druid)

This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. While holding it, you have a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls.

The staff has 10 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the staff loses its properties and becomes a nonmagical quarterstaff.
Spells

You can use an action to expend 1 or more of the staff's charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC:

animal friendship (1 charge)
awaken (5 charges)
barkskin (2 charges)
locate animals or plants (2 charges)
speak with animals (1 charge)
speak with plants (3 charges)
wall of thorns (6 charges).

You can also use an action to cast the pass without trace spell from the staff without using any charges.

Tree Form. You can use an action to plant one end of the staff in fertile earth and expend 1 charge to transform the staff into a healthy tree. The tree is 60 feet tall and has a 5-foot-diameter trunk, and its branches at the top spread out in a 20-foot radius. The tree appears ordinary but radiates a faint aura of transmutation magic if targeted by detect magic. While touching the tree and using another action to speak its command word, you return the staff to its normal form. Any creature in the tree falls when it reverts to a staff.

This ring comes in two thin bands merged together with a glistening green quartz as the center stone. It appears in a split shank design with tiny diamonds as the accents. Inside is an engraving of the phrase "Love in all forms", split horizontally with the upper half on one band and the lower half on the other.

As a symbol of someone's promise to always love and protect, this ring has the guardian minor property.

Guardian. The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn't incapacitated.

Discord (Armor (Plate), Unique)

Discord is comprised of sharp, interlocking spikes of green crystal and extinguishes all nonmagical flames within 30 feet of it. A creature wearing Discord hears insidious whispers originating from a point just beyond their peripheral vision. Unless deafened, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws caused by, and on Wisdom checks related to, Father Llymic and its allies.

While wearing this armor, you gain a +2 bonus to AC. In addition, you can use your reaction to see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, out to a distance of 120 feet until the start of your next turn. Discord can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.

If a character wields Woe (a longsword) while wearing Discord, they are unharmed by temperatures as low as −60 degrees Fahrenheit.

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
The first time you attack with the sword on each of your turns, you can transfer some or all of the sword's bonus to your Armor Class, instead of using the bonus on any attacks that turn. For example, you could reduce the bonus to your attack and damage rolls to +1 and gain a +2 bonus to AC. The adjusted bonuses remain in effect until the start of your next turn, although you must hold the sword to gain a bonus to AC from it.

An exquisite ritual gown, this deep blue garment is covered in finely detailed embroidery depicting suns, stars, moons, planets and other heavenly bodies. At night, these embroidered ornaments swirl and whirl, traveling slowly across the robe’s fibers. If you sleep in it, you dream of far worlds and alien landscapes. You gain a +1 bonus to saving throws while you wear it.

Six stars, located on the robe’s upper front portion, are particularly large. While wearing this robe, you can use an action to pull off one of the stars and use it to cast magic missile at a 5th-level spell. Daily at dusk, 1d6 removed stars reappear on the robe.

While you wear the robe, you can use an action to enter the Astral Plane along with everything you are wearing and carrying. You remain there until you use an action to return to the plane you were on. You reappear in the last space you occupied, or if that space is occupied, the nearest unoccupied space.

This purple carpet has the ornate of Cormyr’s Purple Dragons decorated on it and is widely recognized as a carpet belonging to Cormyr’s Royal family. It is a gift from the once-prince-now-advisor Baerovus Obarksyr to Pleonexia, a most special cat.

It not only keeps its user warm when the weather is cold, chill when the sun is blazing hot, it also serves as the perfect means of transport and most comfortable bed… mostly for a cat.

While wearing this cloak, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In an area of dim light or darkness, you can grip the edges of the cloak with both hands and use it to fly at a speed of 40 feet. If you ever fail to grip the cloak's edges while flying in this way, or if you are no longer in dim light or darkness, you lose this flying speed. While wearing the cloak in an area of dim light or darkness, you can use your action to cast Polymorph on yourself, transforming into a bat. While you are in the form of the bat, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The cloak can't be used this way again until the next dawn. This cloak made of ebony, sapphire, and ruby threads is fashioned to look like two butterfly wings, reminiscent of a real gadabout. The soft, velvety cloth shimmers in the light. When this cloak's property is used to transform, the transformed creature appears as an elegant, colorful butterfly.
