The famed Callidyrr dragoon Captain Steffan Conwirdin lost his hand during an attempt to spirit Prince Owaren Kendrick from the isle of Snowdown. The captain replaced his missing limb with this glimmering, cobalt-hued prosthetic. Many who fought in Koart and O’Malley during the invasion of Caer Corwell recalled seeing Captain Conwirdin wearing this cobalt hand to swing his blade expertly. There was no sign of the captain afterward.

This item replaces a lost hand. While the prosthetic is attached, it functions identically to the part it replaces. You can detach or reattach it as an action, and it can’t be removed against your will. It detaches if you die.

Fashioned from blackened metal, this warrior’s helm completely covers the forehead and makes the wearer’s eyes glow red. The interior is lined with patches of skin from sacrificed Northlander warriors. The helm smells of blood and fire to a distance of 10 feet.

Wondrous Item, Very Rare (Requires Attunement by a Wizard)

This old book, titled Book of Trios, is remarkably well preserved. Its brown-and-gold cover is coated with a fine layer of pixie dust, which gets on everything it touches. When a spell is cast from the book, the pixie dust swirls into a glittering aura of arcane energy around the caster.

The front of this Shield is shaped in the likeness of a face. While bearing the Shield, you can take a Bonus Action to alter the face’s expression.

This unassuming ring crafted from black silver features three striking red rubies. Curiously, it possesses a consciousness of its own and may withhold its powers until the following dawn if you speak falsehoods or engage in malicious actions.

This staff of fate has been intricately grown over with elm wood, concealing its true nature and cleverly masquerading it as a walking stick. Yet, the allure of blue crystals peeking through the wood’s knots and at its end hints at its mystical power.

Unbreakable arrow
Made from an alloy of platinum and adamantine, this arrow is a marvel to look upon: delicate tendrils snake around the haft; the arrowhead is shaped like an ivy leaf, and its veins are delicate traces of gold.

This shield is made from the scale of an ancient white dragon and is lacquered with a tinted resin that smells like musk. It has a bronze-colored rune burned into its outwardfacing side. Characters who examine the rune and succeed on a DC 20 Intelligence (History) check recognize it as an uven (“enemy” in Giant) rune that confers great power.

Weapon (Greatsword), Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
Pulled from the freezing lair of an adult white dragon, this blade is still cold to the touch and a glove is needed to wield it without pain. Along the ice that rimes its length are runes in Thorass that read “Cold hands, cold heart.”
This greatsword is decorated with dragon heads, claws, wings, scales, and Draconic letters. It has steeped in a white dragon’s hoard, and absorbed the frigid energy of its breath weapon.

Forged from darkened steel and etched with the likeness of charging moorhounds, this helm once crowned the infamous Owaren Kendrick. Its spiked ridges and jagged visor give it a fearsome visage, as if the helm itself sneers at the world. Though beautifully crafted, no reflection shines from its surface—only darkness remains.

This ornament comes from the White Dragon Lodge, one of the oldest and largest berserker lodges in Rashemen. This white dragon’s tooth has been fitted onto a necklace and remains razor sharp.

Rashemen is a land of bitterly cold winters and short, cool summers. Outsiders who are welcome to stay in Rashemen are given hot stones. These smooth stones come from hot springs and are enchanted by the vremyonni to retain heat.
