Whip of Warning uncommon DDAL04-02 The Beast Show
Notes:

Whip of Warning

Weapon (whip), uncommon (requires attunement)

As long as this weapon is within your reach and you are attuned to it, you and allies within 30 feet of you gain the following benefits.

Alarm. The weapon magically awakens each subject who is sleeping naturally when combat begins. This benefit doesn't wake a subject from magically induced sleep.

Supernatural Readiness. Each subject has Advantage on its Initiative rolls.

Finesse. When making an attack with a Finesse weapon, use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.

Reach. A Reach weapon adds 5 feet to your reach when you attack with it, as well as when determining your reach for Opportunity Attacks with it.

Mastery: Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn't exceed 10 feet.

This whip is fashioned from a length of rotting, thorn-covered vine set into a handle made of an unusual purple wood. The pommel is a large chunk of unpolished amber with a moving eyeball trapped within.

Eye of Charming uncommon DDAL04-04 The Marionette (Session 2 of 2) Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

These crystal lenses fit over the eyes. They have 3 charges. While wearing them, you can expend 1 or more charges to cast Charm Person (save DC 13). For 1 charge, you cast the level 1 version of the spell. You increase the spell's level by one for each additional charge you expend. The lenses regain all expended charges daily at dawn.

These glasses sport lenses of brilliant amber with slender slivers of green glass resembling the vertical pupils of a serpent’s eyes. If the wearer is evil, they may choose to impose disadvantage on the effect’s saving throw. Once this feature of the glasses has been used, it can’t be used again until the following dawn. A description of this item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Wind Fan uncommon DDAL04-05 The Seer Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, uncommon
While holding this fan, you can cast Gust of Wind (save DC 13) from it. Each subsequent time the fan is used before the next dawn, it has a cumulative 20 percent chance of not working; if the fan fails to work, it tears into useless, nonmagical tatters.

This fan is made of thin, brittle parchment glued over sharpened iron tines. When used, the wind issuing from this fan is bone-chillingly cold and carries the sickly-sweet stench of rotting flesh. The fan can be used as a weapon; it is treated as a nonmagical short sword (dealing slashing damage) when it is open, or as a non-magical club when it is closed.
