Notes:
This copper amulet contains tiny interlocking gears and is powered by magic from Mechanus, a plane of clockwork predictability. A creature that puts an ear to the amulet can hear faint ticking and whirring noises coming from within.
When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn.
Flavor
This amulet comes in the shape of a palm-sized heart with complex mechanics built in. Scribed in a corner on the surface is the name 'Amarath.'

Notes:
This staff’s shaft is blacked and rotted with several fungi grown around it ending with a red colored clathrus archeri at its tip. When its user casts a mage armor with this staff, a translucent reddish purple colored arcane armor wraps their body with mycelial threads woven around the waist. If a shield is casted with this staff, it takes the form of a mushroom’s red cap.
Whenever the wearer of this armor is presented with an opportunity to do evil, they hear the soft whisper of a lady in an unknown language which numbs their moral, drives them a little mad, and soothes their empathy, thereby increasing their urges to commit the act.

This purple carpet has the ornate of Cormyr’s Purple Dragons decorated on it and is widely recognized as a carpet belonging to Cormyr’s Royal family. It is a gift from the once-prince-now-advisor Baerovus Obarksyr to Pleonexia, a most special cat.
It not only keeps its user warm when the weather is cold, chill when the sun is blazing hot, it also serves as the perfect means of transport and most comfortable bed… mostly for a cat.

Notes:
When the user blows this whistle, the ghost of a white wolf appears beside them (no mechanical benefit) and demands they spend one hour playing with him. Once done, the wolf becomes a wisp of blue smoke and sinks into the part of your skin where you want the tattoo of a most ferocious white wolf to appear.
Whenever a charge is expended, the ghostly form of Fenrir, a humongous white wolf, appears and lets out a deafening howl which sounds more like the roar of a dragon. Fenrir’s aura coats the user and turns them incorporeal until the end of their next turn, providing them with the mentioned benefits of ghostly form.

A small horn that was found by the earliest settlers of Sonata, it has since then been preserved in the planet's biggest museum. When on a creature's person during battle, the user supposedly hears the call of valkyries urging them on to rush into battle.
This horn has 4 charges. When you use an action to blow it, one creature of your choice can hear the horn's blare, provided the creature is within 600 feet of the horn and not deafened. No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.
