Magic Items

Name Rarity Location Table Result Counts?
Tormented Shield (Shield, +3, w Guardian Property) Very Rare true
Flavor The shield's surface is adorned with a macabre arrangement of skulls that protrude from the front, each with their own grotesque expression of pain and suffering as if frozen in their final moment of torment. The skulls vary in size and detail, adding a grotesque sense of realism; Some have cracks running through them, others are partially crushed. Dried blood stains the corroded surface and when danger is on the horizon or when an encounter happens, blood seeps out of the skulls as they screams warning to their wielder, telling them to "be careful of the ancient horned demon!!!"
Amarath's heart (Clockwork Amulet w Strange Material Property) Common true
This copper amulet contains tiny interlocking gears and is powered by magic from Mechanus, a plane of clockwork predictability. A creature that puts an ear to the amulet can hear faint ticking and whirring noises coming from within. When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can’t be used again until the next dawn. Flavor This amulet comes in the shape of a palm-sized heart with complex mechanics built in. Scribed in a corner on the surface is the name 'Amarath.'
