đŸ—” Cloak of Billowing common WBW-DC-ANDL-02 The Bleeding Veil Show

☐ Bahaghari (Mantle of Spell Resistance) rare WBW-DC-ANDL-01 The Petrified Forest Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
You have advantage on saving throws against spells while you wear this cloak. This item is found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.
Alindaya gave you this mantle as a token of her gratitude for saving her domain. It keeps you warm and protected from the elements, just like the tropical domain of delight you came from where it is neither too cold nor too hot.
Alindaya snipped off a strip of fabric from her own robe, and created this just for you. The cloak lengthens and shortens at will, to make it physically appropriate for the weather – and the inner lining glistens with colors as if you saw a rainbow on a sunny day. If you look at the patterns from the inner lining hard enough, you are able to make out images of the domain of Andelein in them.
In addition, the mantle has the temperate minor property. The bearer suffers no harm in temperatures as cold as −20 degrees Fahrenheit or as warm as 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

đŸ—” Ligaya (Wand of Smiles) common WBW-DC-ANDL-01 The Petrified Forest Show
Notes:

Pointing it at one of the kinder characters, she will say the command word “Asim Kilig”, and if the creature fails their DC 10 Charisma saving throw, they will begin to smile as if having drunk some sweet-sour fruit juice, causing their lips pucker up and simultaneously smile. She leaves the characters the parting gift of Ligaya, a wand of smiles that creates “Citrus Smiles” – as a reminder for when the characters were able to bring two opposite sides together: hard workers and crazed partiers.

☐ Scorpion Staff (Staff of Swarming Insects) rare WBW-DC-DGE-02 The Scorpion Sting Show
Notes:

Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Bard, Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard)
This staff has 10 Charges and regains 1d6 + 4 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, a Swarm of Insects consumes and destroys the staff, then disperses.
Spells. While holding the staff, you can use an action to expend some of its charges to cast one of the following Spells from it, using your spell save DC: Giant Insect (4 charges) or Insect Plague (5 charges).
Insect Cloud. While holding the staff, you can use an action and expend 1 charge to cause a swarm of harmless flying insects to spread out in a 30-foot radius from you. The insects remain for 10 minutes, making the area heavily obscured for creatures other than you. The swarm moves with you, remaining centered on you. A wind of at least 10 miles per hour disperses the swarm and ends the effect.
Waterborne. This metal staff has an obsidian scorpion fastened to the top of it. John Dodge gave this staff to Mei’Shell to help him learn how to swim. Even though it is a metal staff with a heavy stone attached, it floats in liquids and grants its wielder advantage on any Strength (Athletics) check made to swim.

The same fireflies that guided you through parts of the Domain of Andelein, and back home, illuminate this staff, and can be called to guide you once again. The wielder of this staff cannot get lost in Andelein as the fireflies will guide them to wherever they wish to go in that domain. In addition, this staff has the Beacon minor property: The bearer can use a bonus action to cause the item to shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet, or to extinguish the light.
