This book containins indecipherable arcane gibberish (the Netherese were known to be bending the laws of magic in ways that simply aren’t allowed by Mystra anymore).
This spellbook, along with anything written on its pages, can't be damaged by fire or immersion in water. In addition, the spellbook doesn't deteriorate with age.

Wondrous item, instrument, minor tier, common (requires attunement)
This musical instrument has 3 charges. While you are playing it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge from the instrument and write a magical message on a nonmagical object or surface that you can see within 30 feet of you. The message can be up to six words long and is written in a language you know. If you are a bard, you can scribe an additional seven words and choose to make the message glow faintly, allowing it to be seen in nonmagical darkness. Casting dispel magic on the message erases it. Otherwise, the message fades away after 24 hours.
The instrument regains all expended charges daily at dawn.

This hooded lantern burns for 6 hours on 1 pint of oil, shedding bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet.

Each lantern of tracking is designed to track down a certain type of creature, which is determined by rolling on the Lantern of Tracking table. Once determined, this creature type can’t be changed. While the lantern is within 300 feet of any creature of that type, its flame turns bright green. The lantern doesn’t pinpoint the creature’s exact location, however.

This antiquated, cone-shaped hat is adorned with gold crescent moons and stars. While you are wearing it, you gain the following benefits:
• You can use the hat as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
• You can try to cast a cantrip that you don’t know. The cantrip must be on the wizard spell list, and you must make a DC 10 Intelligence (Arcana) check. If the check succeeds, you cast the spell. If the check fails, so does the spell, and the action used to cast the spell is wasted. In either case, you can’t use this property again until you finish a long rest.

This wand, created by the archfey Ananeira's research, releases miniature shooting stars. It can also provide light in the darkness. You can use a bonus action to shed bright moonlight in a 10-ft radius and dim light for another 10 ft.

This horn was formed from the skull of a white dragon once offered to Aesandoral the Frostlord. It summons frost salamanders (with the statistics of berserkers). It will also carry your voice loudly as you bellow your battle commands.

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement by a wizard)
While you are holding this leather-bound book, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells, and you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your wizard spells. The bonus is determined by the book’s rarity.
You can use this book as a spellbook. In addition, when you use your Arcane Recovery feature, you can increase the number of spell slot levels you regain by 1. This item is found in Tasha’s Cauldron of Everything.
This book holds all of the archfey Ananeira’s research notes about the cosmos. The pages are black, and whatever is written on it shines like stars. On its cover is a raw moonstone crystal that shines when the light hits it.
Holding it makes you more aware of your surroundings and place in the universe, and among the stars. It provides a +2 to your Initiative bonus.
