Carried by members of the Murghôm Antiquarians and Students of History (MA&SH) group, these medallions show the head of King Tharmakkas IV of Murghôm on one side and a Blue Dragon’s Head on the other. This item radiates evocation magic and acts as a Rival Coin (DMG), with Tharmakkas’ head having the positive effect.
