The wearer of this armor always feels a slight draft, and sometimes finds it hard to stay focused on a task.

This item is made from the end of a white dragon's horn, banded in gold and gems from the beast's hoard. It grows slightly warm when within 120 feet of a dragon. This horn was once carried by Hilda in life and she used it to defend her clan from all manner of deadly attacks. Whenever this horn is sounded, Hilda's battle song to Valkur plays loudly, regardless of the skill or effort of the user.
