Almost had his brain extracted by an illithid, but escaped. Turned a Unicorn into a sheep and found a potion of Speed. a rather ordinary day. Spent a day working for some hags on their dairy. Very odd.

Story Award: Hanging with the Hags

Your time with the hags has had a profound effect on you and they have given you special boon. Once per adventure, you can gain advantage on a d20 roll. For doing so, allows the hags to impose disadvantage on a d20 roll later in the adventure at the discretion of the DM.

Story Award: Gratitude of Brightstar Moonsilver

For rescuing Brightstar, he is grateful and will serve as a mount for lawful good adventurers for three adventures. His stats are the standard unicorn stats found on page 294 of the Monster Manual.

Story Award: Planar Studies

With the alhoon's unique plane available for study, those interested in its creation can spend time studying it and learn its secrets. By spending 50 downtime days, a character can do one of the following to a demiplane they have created. Each effect can be given used multiple times, costing 50 downtime days per use. Each individual demiplane that you control can receive each of the following effects once.
• Hide one created demiplane, making other spellcasters unable to enter the chosen demiplane without explicit permission. This can take the form of a key, object, pass-phrase, or other way to authenticate.
• Connect one demiplane with another chosen demiplane that they control. This allows easy access to the connected demiplanes without the need to cast demiplane multiple times.

Choosing not to swap background feature for Safe Haven
Reynadine emerges from the mists of Barovia to discover the Network he'd been employed by in Hillsfar is now embroiled in a war with Thay. After three years stuck in Orasnou, Barovia, Reynadine has lost all points of contact in the Zhentarim and knows of no Safe Haven.

He removes a coin, scratched with the winged serpent, from his belt and drops it into a beggar's cup. With a whispered word to his armor, the glamour of the Zhentarim badge fades from his shoulder, and the bard turns his cart and pulls out of town...

Found that a Cleric I was travelling with (Mac) Had a Book on Influencing Friends and Winning People. He took a fancy to that Quickness book I found and never used. A swap was definitely in order.
