No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. This item is found on Page 137 in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything. This small ram’s horn curves in a tight circle and appears to be blackened by soot that cannot be wiped clean.
