Backstory
Sasagan Sunguard war seit seiner Jugend ein treuer Anhänger von Bahamut, dem Drachengott der Gerechtigkeit und des Wohlstands. Schon als Kind faszinierten ihn die Geschichten über tapfere Helden, die gegen das Böse kämpften und dabei von Bahamut gesegnet wurden. Als er älter wurde, beschloss er, selbst ein Paladin zu werden, um im Namen seines Gottes gegen das Unrecht in der Welt zu kämpfen.
Während seiner Ausbildung als Paladin wurde Sasagan von einem Agenten der Zhentarim entdeckt. Die Zhentarim waren eine geheime Organisation, die im Verborgenen agierte und ihre Finger in vielen Bereichen der Gesellschaft hatte. Sie waren berüchtigt für ihre Machenschaften, aber auch dafür, dass sie unpopuläre Entscheidungen trafen, um letztendlich das Gleichgewicht der Kräfte zu wahren.
Der Agent war beeindruckt von Sasagans Integrität und seiner Entschlossenheit, das Richtige zu tun. Er erkannte, dass Sasagan ein wertvolles Mitglied der Zhentarim werden könnte, da er in der Lage war, die Organisation von innen heraus zu stärken und zu reformieren.
Nach langen Überlegungen beschloss Sasagan, dem Agenten beizutreten. Er wusste, dass die Zhentarim einen schlechten Ruf hatten, aber er glaubte auch, dass er in der Lage war, ihre Taten in eine positive Richtung zu lenken. Er wurde als Faction Agent rekrutiert und begann, Informationen zu sammeln und Aufträge auszuführen, die der Organisation zugutekamen.
Sasagan musste jedoch oft einen schmalen Grat zwischen dem, was er für das Richtige hielt und dem, was die Zhentarim verlangten, gehen. Er war immer bestrebt, seine Taten im Einklang mit den Lehren Bahamuts zu bringen und dafür zu sorgen, dass das Wohl der Gesellschaft im Vordergrund stand.
Obwohl er seine Verbindungen zur Zhentarim geheim hielt, sorgten seine Taten für Unruhe unter den Paladinen und anderen Anhängern Bahamuts. Sasagan hatte das Gefühl, zwischen zwei Welten zu stehen und konnte nicht mit seinen Freunden und Vertrauten darüber sprechen.
Trotzdem blieb Sasagan treu zu seinem Glauben und seinen Überzeugungen. Er kämpfte gegen das Böse, wo immer es auftrat, und half denen, die Hilfe benötigten. Sasagan wurde zu einem respektierten und gefürchteten Agenten der Zhentarim und setzte sich für die Reform der Organisation ein, um sie zu einem gerechteren und friedlicheren Ort zu machen.

Sending Stones:
Sending stones come in pairs, with each smooth stone carved to match the other so the pairing is easily recognized. While you touch one stone, you can use an action to cast the sending spell from it. The target is the bearer of the other stone. If no creature bears the other stone, you know that fact as soon as you use the stone and don’t cast the spell.

Once sending is cast through the stones, they can’t be used again until the next dawn. If one of the stones in a pair is destroyed, the other one becomes nonmagical.

Backstory
Sasagan Sunguard war seit seiner Jugend ein treuer Anhänger von Bahamut, dem Drachengott der Gerechtigkeit und des Wohlstands. Schon als Kind faszinierten ihn die Geschichten über tapfere Helden, die gegen das Böse kämpften und dabei von Bahamut gesegnet wurden. Als er älter wurde, beschloss er, selbst ein Paladin zu werden, um im Namen seines Gottes gegen das Unrecht in der Welt zu kämpfen.
Während seiner Ausbildung als Paladin wurde Sasagan von einem Agenten der Zhentarim entdeckt. Die Zhentarim waren eine geheime Organisation, die im Verborgenen agierte und ihre Finger in vielen Bereichen der Gesellschaft hatte. Sie waren berüchtigt für ihre Machenschaften, aber auch dafür, dass sie unpopuläre Entscheidungen trafen, um letztendlich das Gleichgewicht der Kräfte zu wahren.
Der Agent war beeindruckt von Sasagans Integrität und seiner Entschlossenheit, das Richtige zu tun. Er erkannte, dass Sasagan ein wertvolles Mitglied der Zhentarim werden könnte, da er in der Lage war, die Organisation von innen heraus zu stärken und zu reformieren.
Nach langen Überlegungen beschloss Sasagan, dem Agenten beizutreten. Er wusste, dass die Zhentarim einen schlechten Ruf hatten, aber er glaubte auch, dass er in der Lage war, ihre Taten in eine positive Richtung zu lenken. Er wurde als Faction Agent rekrutiert und begann, Informationen zu sammeln und Aufträge auszuführen, die der Organisation zugutekamen.
Sasagan musste jedoch oft einen schmalen Grat zwischen dem, was er für das Richtige hielt und dem, was die Zhentarim verlangten, gehen. Er war immer bestrebt, seine Taten im Einklang mit den Lehren Bahamuts zu bringen und dafür zu sorgen, dass das Wohl der Gesellschaft im Vordergrund stand.
Obwohl er seine Verbindungen zur Zhentarim geheim hielt, sorgten seine Taten für Unruhe unter den Paladinen und anderen Anhängern Bahamuts. Sasagan hatte das Gefühl, zwischen zwei Welten zu stehen und konnte nicht mit seinen Freunden und Vertrauten darüber sprechen.
Trotzdem blieb Sasagan treu zu seinem Glauben und seinen Überzeugungen. Er kämpfte gegen das Böse, wo immer es auftrat, und half denen, die Hilfe benötigten. Sasagan wurde zu einem respektierten und gefürchteten Agenten der Zhentarim und setzte sich für die Reform der Organisation ein, um sie zu einem gerechteren und friedlicheren Ort zu machen.

Sending Stones:
Sending stones come in pairs, with each smooth stone carved to match the other so the pairing is easily recognized. While you touch one stone, you can use an action to cast the sending spell from it. The target is the bearer of the other stone. If no creature bears the other stone, you know that fact as soon as you use the stone and don’t cast the spell.

Once sending is cast through the stones, they can’t be used again until the next dawn. If one of the stones in a pair is destroyed, the other one becomes nonmagical.
