All characters earn the following: Level Milestone Story Award: Honorary Dandelion This tambourine was once owned by the one and only Divaine. She even signed her name on the head, a bold contrast against the iridescent sheen. While holding this drum, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your bard spells. The bonus is determined by the drum’s rarity. As an action, you can play the drum to regain one use of your Bardic Inspiration feature. This property of the drum can’t be used again until the next dawn. Guardian. The item warns you, granting a +2 bonus to your Initiative rolls if you don't have the Incapacitated condition. Silvered Mace (Divaine's Microphone) This microphone is bejeweled to the gods. Once owned by Divaine herself, it amplifies your voice when you perform. Now, the entire city is your stadium. Oh, and it also doubles as a weapon—just in case a crazy fan comes your way. An alchemical process has bonded silver to this magic weapon. When you score a Critical Hit with it against a creature that is shape-shifted, the weapon deals one additional die of damage. War Leader. You can take a Magic action to cause your voice or signal to carry clearly for up to 600 feet until the end of your next turn. (Art: Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth) Divaine bestows upon you the gift of shine—a reminder that fame can be blinding, not just to you, but to everyone around you. Use it wisely. You learn the Light cantrip if you don’t already know it. You can cast Sunburst, requiring no spell components and using your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma as the spellcasting ability (your choice). Once used, the charm vanishes from you, and you unlearn the Light cantrip gained from this charm. This tattoo resembles three fairies – Divaine and the Dandelions. Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo contains a single spell, wrought on your skin by a magic needle. To use the tattoo, you must hold the needle against your skin and speak the command word. The needle turns into ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin in whatever design you like. Once the tattoo is there, you can cast its spell, requiring no material components. The tattoo glows faintly while you cast the spell and for the spell’s duration. Once the spell ends, the tattoo vanishes from your skin. The Ability modifier for this spell is +5; the Save DC is 17 and the attack bonus is +9.
