This stoppered flask sloshes when shaken, as if it contains water. The decanter weighs 2 pounds. You can use an action to remove the stopper and speak one of three command words, whereupon an amount of fresh water or salt water (your choice) pours out of the flask. The water stops pouring out at the start of your next turn. Option to level up 10 downtime days 650 gp each Potion of Greater Healing Potion of Climbing The Mind Fortress (Ring of Mind Shielding) -- uncommon, attunement The Mind Fortress is the remnants of an extradimensional location that served as the site of a ritual enacted by the alchemist Ravinan. Ravinan divided three aspects of his psyche, in an attempt to purify his soul, and collapsed this evil into a stone called the Eye of Darkness. The Mind Fortress then served as the extradimensional home for the stone until liberated by adventurers. After the stone was removed, the Mind Fortress shrank to a less-potent but still useful magical item. The Mind Fortress functions in all ways as a ring of mind shielding. The Mind Fortress still contains two portions of Rhys’s psyche (his center for rational thought, as well as his conscience). These mental remnants do not count as an actual soul for purposes of the ring, nor do they cause the Mind Fortress to act as an intelligent item. However, a DM might choose to have these aspects of Rhys’s psyche may affect the emotional state of the wearer or interact with the wearer during a dream or trance state. The Mind Fortress’s form is still highly mutable. The item periodically and randomly alters its appearance in slight ways. The bearer has no control over these minor alterations, which have no effect on the item’s use.

MAGIC ITEMS ROGUE’S MANTLE Wondrous Item, Rare (Requires Attunement) Worn and frayed at the ends, this mouse-brown cloak keeps its wearer warm in cold weather. It smells of basil and sage. This dark, hooded mantle of thick cloth is infused with secretive and deceptive magic. While wearing it, you gain the following benefits: Darkvision. You gain darkvision within a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, the mantle increases your darkvision’s range by 60 feet instead. Move in Shadows. While you are in dim light or darkness, you can use a bonus action to teleport, along with anything you are wearing or carrying, up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see that is also in dim light or darkness. You then have advantage on the first melee attack you make before the end of the turn. Willful Enmity. You can cast the antagonize spell (save DC 15) from the mantle. Once the mantle has cast the spell, it can’t cast the spell again until the next dawn. DUST OF DISAPPEARANCE Wondrous Item, Uncommon Found in a small packet, this powder resembles very fine sand. There is enough of it for one use. When you use an action to throw the dust into the air, you and each creature and object within 10 feet of you become invisible for 2d4 minutes. The duration is the same for all subjects, and the dust is consumed when its magic takes effect. If a creature affected by the dust attacks or casts a spell, the invisibility ends for that creature. SEKOLAHIAN WORSHIPPING STATUETTE Wondrous Item, Common Skillfully carved from sandstone, this 1-foot tall statuette depicts a shark twisting through the water with its mouth open. If any Tiny sea-dwelling animal is within 1 inch of the statuette's mouthm the shark flashes to life and deals 1 piercing damage to it. The shark can deal damage in this way no more than once per hour. POTION OF RESISTANCE (NECROTIC) Potion, Uncommon When you drink this potion, you gain resistance to one type of damage for 1 hour. SPELL SCROLL OF TONGUES Scroll, Uncommon A spell scroll bears the words of a single spell, written in a mystical cipher. If the spell is on your class' spell list, you can read the scroll and cast its spell without providing any material components. Otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible. Casting the spell by reading the scroll requires the spell's normal casting time. Once the spell is cast, the words on the scroll fade, and it crumbles to dust. If the casting is interrupted, the scroll is not lost. If the spell is on your class's' spell list but of a higher level than you can normally cast, you must make an ability check using your spellcasting ability to determine whether you cast it successfully. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a failed check, the spell disappears from the scroll with no other effect. As a Magic action, you can blow the horn while expending 1 charge. One creature of your choice hears the horn’s blare, provided that creature is within 600 feet of the horn. No other creature hears the horn. This intricately carved, hollow tusk is inlaid with small, shiny, yellow-white stones which close inspection reveals are human teeth. If you can bear to bring the tusk to your lips, it can be blown like a horn. Cloak of the Bat (2024) Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement) While wearing this cloak, you have Advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In an area of Dim Light or Darkness, you can grip the edges of the cloak and use it to gain a Fly Speed of 40 feet. If you ever fail to grip the cloak’s edges while flying in this way, or if you are no longer in Dim Light or Darkness, you lose this Fly Speed. While wearing the cloak in an area of Dim Light or Darkness, you can cast Polymorph on yourself, shape-shifting into a Bat. While in that form, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. The cloak can’t be used this way again until the next dawn. The fabric of this cloak flows through your hands like smoke rising from a fire, fed by unseen winds. When you use this cloak, the shape you assume is similarly smoke-like and appears to be made of shadow. Story Award Mind of Its Own Since observing a strange stone tablet in the Shadow Downs, you occasionally catch your shadow moving of its own accord. Sometimes it just leans at an impossible angle. Other times, it makes dramatic gestures incongruous with the position of your body, pointing at things or appearing to attack other shadows. When this all began, your shadow seemed very intent on sharing some important piece of information with you. You have a nagging suspicion that it may have been telling the history of a pair that are tied to what’s happening in the Moonshaes.
