Tome of Understanding
These parchments contain alien formula that would augment even the greatest minds. As each page is read, it dissolves into raw elemental essence. In addition, as an action, you automatically and immediately detect creatures afflicted by the Chaos Phage (or other slaadi poisoning) within 60 ft. of your person. As an action, you can remove these afflictions by touching the creature.
The Sacred Texts (very rare). This book contains intuition and Insight exercises, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend 48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying the book's contents and practicing its guidelines, your Wisdom score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score. The manual then loses its magic, but regains it in a century.

Master of the Thieves' Guild.
You have saved Glevith of the Welcomers from certain death. In return, he makes you an honorary master of the Welcomers. All purchases you make within Phlan are 25% cheaper, including spell services.
