A dagger fashioned from the tooth of a dragon. While the blade is obviously a fang or predator’s tooth, the handle is leather wrapped around the root of the tooth, and there is no cross-guard. You gain a +1 bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls you make with this weapon. On a hit with this weapon, the target takes an extra 1d6 acid damage.
Draconic Potency
Against enemies of the Cult of the Dragon, the dagger’s bonus to attack rolls and damage rolls increases to +2, and the extra acid damage increases to 2d6. This item is found in Tyranny of Dragons.

Notes:

While not a truly intelligent item, the Eye of Xxiphu bestows terrifying insight into the true nature of the nightmarish aboleths. The attuned possessor of the Eye gains telepathy out to a range of 120 feet, and may cover themselves in coat of mucous that allows them to breathe underwater as well as on land. The petrified orb is large and heavy, but does not need to be held in order to use its powers. Additionally, aboleths have disadvantage when attacking the owner of the Eye, and the owner has advantage on ability checks in regards to knowledge-based ability checks about aboleths and the Far Realm when they are not in combat.

•The ioun stone pulses with green, violet, or amber light for 1 minute, filling the area around you with dim light to a distance of 10 feet.
•The ioun stone emits harmless sensory effects such as a shower of sparks, a puff of wind, faint musical notes, or an odd odor for 1 minute.
•The stone pauses in its orbit in the direction of the most powerful spellcaster or magical effect within 30 feet of you. If there are no spellcasters or magical effects in range, it pauses in the direction of Szass Tam's palace.
An ioun stone of celebration also has the harmonious minor property, so that attuning to it requires only 1 minute. The item must be attuned to function, and stops working outside the borders of Thay.
