After a few days, multiple baby flumphs emerge from the pod; one baby flumph can bond to each adventurer. The baby flumph has a 30 ft. fly (hover) speed and limited 5 ft. telepathy (only with its bonded adventurer). The baby flumph learns one word per hour of play. This loyal pet may accompany you on adventures but cannot participate in combat or provide any mechanical benefit. If killed, the baby flumph cannot be revived.

Redemption - Gained Blessing of Understanding

A halfling warlock named Remi Duskweather renounced her pact and dedicated herself to serving a holy order (potentially one connected with a cleric or paladin in the party). As her final test of faith, Remi has been tasked with using her connection to her former patron—the arcanaloth Nebukath—to help the holy order obtain and destroy the Book of Vile Darkness.

Remi has gotten the necessary information from Nebukath, but stealing the book is beyond her ability, so she recruits the characters to carry out this task for the order. Remi offers no reward, but if the characters bring the book or proof of its destruction to the order, each character receives a blessing of their choice, either from the gods they worship or from a god worshiped by Remi's holy order: a Blessing of Health, a Blessing of Protection, or a Blessing of understanding], all of which are described in the Dungeon Master's Guide.

"Past the dark depths of the forest, you find the lock and hold the key."
The character knows that it is the second verse to a poem but cannot make it out in their head. However, they are sure to recognize it immediately if heard or read. This verse haunts you until you know it completely

Sairos “Flashlord” (BladelockJoe) expends a first level spell slot to cast Absorb Elements while under multiple aerial bombardments. This triggers a roll from the Unraveling Magic table, the result being, “One random creature in the region can suddenly cast the wish spell once, within the next minute. Reroll if you’ve rolled this effect in the past 24 hours.”

With 6 players and 2 Death Kiss Beholders as the only targetable creatures present in the encounter, a roll of 1d8 was made. The DM verbally determined with the party that the players were 1-6 in order of their presence on the VTT, and the remaining pair of enemies were 7-8.

The result of 1d8 was 5, granting Lyonnette Amontello (Amontello Family) the benefit of the wish. As she was beside “Flashlord” during the bombardment, Lyonnette wished for she and the rest of her party to gain resistance to fire damage.
