Magic Items

Name Rarity Location Table Result Counts?
Horn of Silent Alarm *Delver Common true
Wondrous Item, common Hollowed out from the cracked tip of a blue dragon’s horn, this instrument also functions as a makeshift trowel. This horn has 4 charges. When you use an action to blow it, one creature of your choice can hear the horn’s blare, provided the creature is within 600 feet of the horn and not deafened. No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn. Minor Property (Delver) While underground, the bearer of this item always knows the item’s depth below the surface and the direction to the nearest staircase, ramp, or other path leading upward.
Carpet of Flying: 4 ft. x 6 ft. *Language - Draconic Very Rare SJ-DC-FAUX-03 The Lunar Sea true
The crystalline sheen of the topaz scales that line this mantle is beautiful beyond compare. You can speak the carpet's command word as an action to make the carpet hover and fly. It moves according to your spoken directions, provided that you are within 30 feet of it. Four sizes of carpet of flying exist. The DM chooses the size of a given carpet or determines it randomly. 4 ft. x 6 ft. 400 lb. 60 feet fly speed A carpet can carry up to twice the weight shown on the table, but it flies at half speed if it carries more than its normal capacity. Minor Property (Language: Draconic) The bearer can speak and understand a language of the DM’s choice while the item is on the bearer’s person.
Potion of Invulnerability Rare true
Bead of Force Rare true
This small black sphere measures 3/4 of an inch in diameter and weighs an ounce. Typically, 1d4 + 4 beads of force are found together. You can use an action to throw the bead up to 60 feet. The bead explodes on impact and is destroyed. Each creature within a 10-foot radius of where the bead landed must succeed on a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 5d4 force damage. A sphere of transparent force then encloses the area for 1 minute. Any creature that failed the save and is completely within the area is trapped inside this sphere. Creatures that succeeded on the save, or are partially within the area, are pushed away from the center of the sphere until they are no longer inside it. Only breathable air can pass through the sphere's wall. No attack or other effect can. An enclosed creature can use its action to push against the sphere's wall, moving the sphere up to half the creature's walking speed. The sphere can be picked up, and its magic causes it to weigh only 1 pound, regardless of the weight of creatures inside.
Greatwyrm's Shroud (Spellwrought Tattoo: Shadow of Moil) Rare true
