It keeps protects you from extreme heat and cold, to remind you of the temperate tropical Domain of Andelein. The cloak lengthens and shortens at will, to make it a perfect fit for the weather and the elements. The inner linings gleam of rainbow colors and if you look hard enough, you are able to see the images of the Domain of Andelein in it. Temperate.
