Calliphoss's Spellbook This arcane tome, titled The Grimoire of Calliphoss Brimharrow, is bound in blackened shark skin and embellished with small bleached bones that wreath a large, flat black spinel at the center of the front cover. The gemstone sports a weblike impact fracture. The spellbook contains the following spells: hold person, mage armor, misty step, shield. Story Awards: Seal of the Chosen (am Nacken) Fate has aligned itself with you. The guardian of the Temple of Majere has placed a visible mark upon you, sealing you as a member of fate’s elect. The seal’s design is three stylized, tear-shaped patterns, rotating clockwise within the circular perimeter. Displaying this mark may arouse suspicion, uncertainty, or reverence in those around you, depending on their knowledge of the Old Gods—or more specifically, of Majere. Key of Gilean The ethereal spark of the chief god of neutrality, Gilean, has bound itself to your heart. You are aware of its presence, but it is only visible via truesight or magical means of detection. In addition, you can’t willingly transfer the bond to another creature, nor can it be taken from you while you live. While the true function and purpose of this gift is still unknown, it may aid you on the path ahead.
