Astromancy Archive
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a wizard)
3 lb.
This brass disc of articulated, concentric rings unfolds into an armillary sphere. As a bonus action, you can unfold it into the sphere or back into a disc. When found, it contains the following spells, which are wizard spells for you while you are attuned to it: augury, divination, find the path, foresight, locate creature, and locate object. It functions as a spellbook for you, with spells encoded on the rings.
While you are holding the archive, you can use it as a spellcasting focus for your wizard spells.
The archive has 3 charges, and it regains 1d3 expended charges daily at dawn. You can use the charges in the following ways while holding it:
If you spend 1 minute studying the archive, you can expend 1 charge to replace one of your prepared wizard spells with a different spell in the archive. The new spell must be of the divination school.
When a creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend 1 charge and force the creature to roll a d4 and apply the number rolled as a bonus or penalty (your choice) to the original roll. You can do this after you see the roll but before its effects are applied.
Minor Property: Harmonious
Attuning to this item takes only 1 minute.

Cat’s Paw Tabi (Boots of Striding & Springing)
Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)
These tabi socks are made of white fur and resemble a pair of cat’s paws, replete with plush pink toe beans.
While you wear these boots, your walking speed becomes 30 feet, unless your walking speed is higher, and your speed isn't reduced if you are encumbered or wearing heavy armor. In addition, you can jump three times the normal distance, though you can't jump farther than your remaining movement would allow.
Guardian: These tabi socks have the guardian minor property. They warn their bearer of impending threats through a series of meows, purrs, and hisses that only the bearer can hear, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

Embodiment of His Excellency, the Almighty Dai Meow-Ou (Talking Doll)
Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement)
This gaudy, stuffed cat toy is a souvenir from the festival, and perfectly captures the Dai Meow-Ou’s likeness, down to his insufferably mirthful expression. One paw clutches a paper folding fan, while the other is raised in a gesture of benediction.
While this stuffed doll is within 5 feet of you, you can spend a short rest telling it to say up to six phrases, none of which can be more than six words long, and you can set a condition under which the doll speaks each phrase. You can also replace old phrases with new ones. Whatever the condition, it must occur within 5 feet of the doll to make it speak. For example, whenever someone picks up the doll, it might say, “I want a piece of candy.” The doll’s phrases are lost when your attunement to the doll ends.
Language: This toy has the language minor property. The bearer can speak and understand Sylvan while the item is on the bearer’s person.

G.R.I.P. (Eldritch Claw Tattoo)
Wondrous item (tattoo), uncommon (requires attunement)
Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo depicts clawlike forms and other jagged shapes.
Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.
Magical Strikes. While the tattoo is on your skin your unarmed strikes are considered magical for the purpose of overcoming immunity and resistance to nonmagical attacks, and you gain +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls with unarmed strikes.
Eldritch Maul. As a bonus action, you can empower the tattoo for 1 minute. For the duration, each of your melee attacks with a weapon or an unarmed strike can reach a target up to 15 feet away from you, as inky tendrils launch toward the target. In addition, your melee attacks deal an extra 1d6 force damage on a hit. Once used, this bonus action can’t be used again until the next dawn.
The tattoo takes its form as a transistor on your hand and a semi-circle gauge on your back. When the eldritch maul is activated, the claw is a crackling white energy (an artificial gravity field) from the user’s hand.
In addition, this tattoo has the Sentinel minor property: This item glows faintly when aberrations are within 120 feet of it.

Wand of Fireballs
Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)
This wand is made of pure gold and is adorned with a large ruby on top. It is inlaid with beautiful script from Aumunator’s holy works written in Netherese. While attuned to this wand, you can read Netherese and feel as though Aumunator himself is watching over you, almost judgmentally.
This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast fireball (save DC 15) from it. For 1 charge, you cast the 3rd-level version of the spell. You can increase the spell slot level by one for each additional charge you expend. The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges each day at noon. If you expend the wand’s last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand crumbles into ashes and is destroyed.
