This plot of land can be either sized for a comfortably large house in the main area of the town of Elmwood OR about an acre of bare land out in the farmlands for some crops or a ranch, a barn, and a farmhouse. Future Elmwood adventures will have more information about how to upgrade this residence.

For helping to free their god from the bonds of oppression, a bullywug tribe of Chult owes you a life-debt. Should you ever find yourself in the presence of this bullywug tribe in Chult during a future QCC adventure, you will be treated as an ally. Should you ever willingly kill a froghemoth while in Chult or in the presence of a bullywug, this story award is lost.

You spend some time traveling with the circus as a performer until the start of your next adventure. You learn quite a bit about the inner workings of the circus during this time. This award may have additional repercussions in future QCC modules.

You can remove this story award by casting lesser restoration on yourself.

In Search of Her
You have found and read the journal of Tho’Guroh, containing information on how to find a hag’s dark lair. Whenever you succeed in finding the location of a hag’s lair, a trail of thin mist appears, leading up to the location you are looking for. While the mist is present, you hear whispers of a very convincing old woman telling you to get “samples” from your party members, like a strand of hair, spit, dead skin, fingernails, etc. Remove this story award when you meet Jenny Greenteeth.

Perhaps you angered him directly, or perhaps your actions caused a disruption in his operations*whatever the case may be, he has elected to ban you from Minauros, the third layer of the Nine Hells, entirely. You can’t participate in further adventures in this place. A character with this story award may visit other areas of the Nine Hells but is banned from Minauros.

Story Award: What a Horse
Only a good-aligned character may calm the creature and claim the story reward.
You have earned the respect and thanks of a pegasus, a celestial denizen of the Upper Planes. For as long as you treat the creature with respect and stay true to the ideals that it embodies, it remains faithful to you and happily serves you as a mount.
While he is willing to wear barding, U'dehl refuses to wear heavy armor for fear that people won't be able to properly behold his magnificence. He is also adamant in being provided nothing but the best food and care. For so long as you retain U'dehl's services, you must maintain a lifestyle of no less than Wealthy.
If, at any time, you perform an evil act in its presence, you must immediately succeed at a DC 16 Charisma (Persuasion) check. If you fail, the pegasus leaves your service at its next available opportunity. The DM has discretion as to what constitutes an evil act and may assign advantage or disadvantage on the check based on the circumstances surrounding the act. The DC of this check increases by 1 each time you are forced to make it.

U'dehl is extremely haughty and vain, and constantly preens and grooms himself. His rather annoying shortcomings aside, however, he is steadfast in his loyalty.

Having spent time in the company of accomplished bounty hunter Boddynock Glitterstone, you have learned a thing or two about the history and efforts of the four major Elemental Evil cults that have been active in the regions through which you adventure. Boddynock reveals to you the location of a still functioning secret elemental node (air or water, PCs choice) near the Moonsea which you may travel to between adventures (spending 10 downtime days and the associated lifestyle costs). Travelling to a water node will allow a character to recharge a weird tank while traveling to an air node will allow them to recharge a balloon pack, storm boomerang, and/or wingwear (1 per day). In addition, you gain advantage on Intelligence (History) checks relating to any two of the following Elemental Evil cults: the Black Earth, the Crushing Wave, the Eternal Flame, and/or the Howling Hatred.
