Throw together an odd idea of basing a halfling barbarian on Bill Walton. Try him as an entertainer base for a feature (gladiator and announcer).

Buy 2 shield, potion of healing, thieves' tools, whip

Switch Dave from being a gladiator to a charlatan dice cheat ("Halflings are just lucky!"). Gladiator was too on the nose. I wanted a multiple personality vibe. Ubtao could have easily revealed a path for Dave that he'd lie and say he kind of completed.

Forgot to take equipment from gladiator background, just gp. Take charlatan stuff. I don't see Dave being smart enough to use elaborate disguises or forge documents so he has the tools (bought forgery kit), but he's not proficient in them.

Derrick has deja vu. Used potion of greater healing (down to 0).

Get a braincap mushroom, which can be used as a greater restoration but only to clear madness. ("Mmm...Tastes Like Sanity" story award). Buy 10 potions before game, use 0, holding 12.

Get potion of fire giant strength. Get Dreamwalker story activity. Nilo gets weird and doesn't actually run the Zhent mission combat due to time, or let anyone get the potential for student of stone. Not complaining about low XP though.

Get fairly standard mage spellbook: 1st level detect magic, mage armor, magic missile, shield. 2nd level misty step, suggestion. 3rd level counterspell, fireball, fly. 4th level greater invisibility, ice storm. 5th level cone of cold. Get second level of madness, caused by box text

Get a +1 rapier. Get witchweed. Get to chat with a frost giant at level 4. And a death knight. And a priest of entropy carrying a sphere of annihilation. It got weird. Nilo definitely gave a bunch of loot as a reward for how little loot his Amber Temple gives.

Get Barnacles, get hero of port nyanzaru. DM forgot to award the eversmoking bottle!!! Two for two with this DM so he's on my block list. Mark of 50 gp to replace a potion. Oh and Dave gets the special achievement "tip toe out of a noble's villa carrying 1.425 times your body weight in liberated gold pieces."

Workshop for other DMs on map issues, other inconsistencies in open. Prepare notes to make it easier for DMs to not prepare all 9 tracks. 3 hours x 20 DMs/admins.
