Dryad's Cloak (Cloak of Protection) uncommon DDAL00-02A - The Darkwood Webs Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, uncommon (requires attunement)

You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while you wear this cloak.

This cloak reflects the color of the seasons; green in summer, gold in autumn, mottled brown in winter and in spring is mottled in pale shades of green and cream.

Squidallion of Honor (Coiling Grasp Tattoo) uncommon SJ-DC-SQD Squidaddle! Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item (tattoo), uncommon (requires attunement)

Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo has long intertwining designs.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin. If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Grasping Tendrils. While the tattoo is on your skin, you can, as an action, cause the tattoo to extrude into inky tendrils, which reach for a creature you can see within 15 feet of you. The creature must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or take 3d6 force damage and be grappled by you. As an action, the creature can escape the grapple by succeeding on a DC 14 Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. The grapple also ends if you halt it (no action required), if the creature is ever more than 15 feet away from you, or if you use this tattoo on a different creature.

Magic Tattoo Coverage

Uncommon, Half a limb or the scalp

The needle of this tattoo is a pin worn by the Knights of Squidlantis. The pin guides the knights towards heroic deeds. The tattoo that appears takes the form of a squid in the style of the Royal Crest of Squidlantis, and the tendrils that appear from the tattoo’s grasping tendrils feature are that of a squid. This needle has the Conscientious minor property: When the bearer of this item contemplates or undertakes a malevolent act, the item enhances pangs of conscience.

Immovable Rod (uncommon) uncommon CCC-SAC-03 They're Good Adventurers, Brent Show
Notes:

This silver gilded dog bone has a button on one end. You can use an Action to press the button, which causes the rod to become magically fixed in place. Until you or another creature uses an Action to push the button again, the rod doesn't move, even if it is defying gravity. The rod can hold up to 8,000 pounds of weight. More weight causes the rod to deactivate and fall. A creature can use an Action to make a DC 30 Strength check, moving the fixed rod up to 10 feet on a success.

If you look close enough, you can see intricate carvings of chickens and a message in the penmanship of a child on the bone. The message reads "The bearer of this bone holds the rank of Honorary Chicken" written in Sylvan and Elvish.

Sigma Brooch (Guardian Brooch of Shielding w/ Guardian minor property) uncommon SJ-DC-TKM-01 Lost Stars Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)

While wearing this brooch, you have resistance to force damage, and you have immunity to damage from the magic missile spell. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

This brooch is made of a shiny teal aluminum material, shaped like a downward facing arrowhead outlined by gold trimmings. While not activated, this brooch has an innate cloaking functionality that blends into whatever you pin it against.

In addition, the brooch has the Guardian minor property. When worn, the item gently vibrates, granting a +2 bonus to Initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

Ordine Sage’s Robes (Robe of Useful Items) uncommon CCC-TAROT01-01 - Awakening of Fates Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, uncommon

This Robe of Useful Items has silk patches of various shapes covering it. While wearing the robe, you can use an action to detach one of the patches, causing it to become the object or creature it represents. Once the last patch is removed, the robe becomes an ordinary garment. It has patches for the following:

• a dagger
• steel mirror
• 10 ft. pole
• 50 ft. hempen rope
• a riding horse (mechanical in nature, otherwise the same)
• 4 potions of healing
• a 1st level spell scroll
• a bag of 100 gp

This white robe has gold detailing, and all of its patterns look very orderly. The robe itself gives its wearer a sense of assuredness, as if there is a purpose to every action taken and seen. This item can be found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide.

Wild Wind (Elemental Essence Shard - Air) rare SJ-DC-PHP-OJW-02 Master of the Helm (playtest) Show
Notes:

Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a sorcerer)

This crackling crystal contains the essence of an elemental plane. As an action, you can attach the shard to a Tiny object (such as a weapon or a piece of jewelry) or detach it. It falls off if your attunement to it ends. You can use the shard as a spellcasting focus while you hold or wear it. When you use a Metamagic option on a spell while you are holding or wearing the shard, you can use that property.

Air. You can immediately fly up to 60 feet without provoking opportunity attacks.

Song Craft. Whenever this item is struck or is used to strike a foe, its bearer hears a fragment of an ancient song. The crackling, cosmic riff of Ippodromo’s storm takes the form of a cosmic speeder, allowing them to ride away from enemies unhindered. The triumphant chorus “Gonna ride the whirlwind/It ain't dangerous enough for me” blares in the wake of the violent, cutting winds.

Phonon Resonator (Horn of Silent Alarm) common SJ-DC-PHP-OJW-02 Master of the Helm (playtest) Show
Notes:

Wondrous Item, common

This horn has 4 charges. When you use an action to blow it, one creature of your choice can hear the horn's blare, provided the creature is within 600 feet of the horn and not deafened. No other creature hears sound coming from the horn. The horn regains 1d4 expended charges daily at dawn.

Guardian. The item whispers warnings to its bearer, granting a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.

A simple, two-pronged metal acoustic resonator shaped like the letter U. When struck on a solid surface, it vibrates at a constant spellpitch so that only a specific creature would receive an alarm.
