Manual of Quickness of Action
very_rare
CCC-BMG-37 HULB03-01 Weakness of Rock
Show
Notes:
This book contains coordination and balance exercises, and its words are charged with magic. If you spend 48 hours over a period of 6 days or fewer studying the book’s contents and practicing its guidelines, your Dexterity score increases by 2, as does your maximum for that score. The manual then loses its magic, but regains it in a century.
This item can be found in the Dungeon Masters Guide.
Scale Armor of Psychic Resistance
rare
CCC-TRI-21 YUL1-6 Rifts of Madness
Show
Notes:
You have resistance to one type of damage while you wear this armor. This damage type is psychic. This armor is made out of an organic hardened resin similar to amber.
When this armor’s psychic resistance is used, you are wracked with terrible nightmares of unfathomable creatures that evening.
Cormyr’s Royal Purple Carpet of Flying (3 ft. x 5 ft. with Temperate Property)
common
SJ-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-02A Chapter 2: Pleonexia (Playtest)
Show
Notes:
Wondrous Item, Very rare
Flavor
This purple carpet has the ornate of Cormyr’s Purple Dragons decorated on it and is widely recognized as a carpet belonging to Cormyr’s Royal family. It is a gift from the once-prince-now-advisor Baerovus Obarksyr to Pleonexia, a most special cat.
It not only keeps its user warm when the weather is cold, chill when the sun is blazing hot, it also serves as the perfect means of transport and most comfortable bed… mostly for a cat.
Staff of Moon Dance (Staff of Striking with Beacon Property)
common
SJ-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-01 Chapter 1: THE PANDORA BOX (Playtest)
Show
Notes:
VR, Attunement
Flavor. The tip of the staff curves in an arc resembling that of a crescent moon. In times of darkness, its wielder can use a bonus action to cause a mini full moon to appear within the crescent which shed bright light in a 10-foot-radius and dim light for an additional 10-foot-radius, or to extinguish the light.
Upon a successful hit and expending at least 1 of its charges, the crescent glows radiantly before an illumination of moonlight bursts forth.
When dancing a ritual dedicated to Selune with this staff, whether it be attuned or not to the wielder, a piece of their memory begins playing out in the mind of the viewers, but this function does not provide any mechanical benefit as it is only for story and flavor purposes.
Discord
unique
DDAL-DRW-15 Frozen Whispers
Show
Notes:
Discord (Armor (Plate), Unique)
Discord is comprised of sharp, interlocking spikes of green crystal and extinguishes all nonmagical flames within 30 feet of it. A creature wearing Discord hears insidious whispers originating from a point just beyond their peripheral vision. Unless deafened, the creature has disadvantage on saving throws caused by, and on Wisdom checks related to, Father Llymic and its allies.
While wearing this armor, you gain a +2 bonus to AC. In addition, you can use your reaction to see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, out to a distance of 120 feet until the start of your next turn. Discord can’t be used this way again until the next dawn.
If a character wields Woe (a longsword) while wearing Discord, they are unharmed by temperatures as low as −60 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ring of Regeneration
very_rare
DDAL-DRW-15 Frozen Whispers
Show
Notes:
Ring, Very Rare (Requires Attunement)
This green crystal ring is a single spike turned on itself, set with a silver-edged black disk that doesn’t catch the light as it should. The disk resembles an eclipsed sun, but a creature attuned to the ring knows, somehow, it is a dead sun. The creature also exhibits several physical changes: sharper teeth; a hunger for more protein; their nails or claws are harder, sharper, and grow twice as fast; and their eyes become completely black.
Wounds healed by this ring fill with a pale ichor that hardens and dries, replacing the original flesh. Regrown body parts harden into faceted green crystal that’s freezing cold to the touch, but retains full functionality.
While wearing this ring, you regain 1d6 hit points every 10 minutes, provided that you have at least 1 hit point. If you lose a body part, the ring causes the missing part to regrow and return to full functionality after 1d6 + 1 days if you have at least 1 hit point the whole time..

Once done, the wolf becomes a wisp of blue smoke and sinks into the part of your skin where you want the tattoo of a most ferocious white wolf to appear.
Whenever a charge is expended, the ghostly form of Fenrir, a humongous white wolf, appears and lets out a deafening howl which sounds more like the roar of a dragon. Fenrir’s aura coats the user and turns them incorporeal until the end of their next turn, providing them with the mentioned benefits of ghostly form.

SJ-DC-PANDORA-JWEI-3B

Flavor

As a bonus action, you can activate this glove, causing the cogs to whir and sparks to be ignited which creates magical flames that envelop one of two melee weapons in your grasp. Each flaming weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. The flames last until you sheath or let go of either weapon. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn.

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
If a character wields Woe while wearing Discord (plate armor from DDAL-DRW-15 Frozen Whispers), they are unharmed by temperatures as low as −60 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, until the character removes Discord, they gain the flaw “Bright light enrages me.”

Horn of Valhalla (Brass)
rare
CCC-GAD02-03 Arena of Champions
Show
Notes:
Wondrous item, rare
You can use an action to blow this horn. In response, warrior spirits from the Valhalla appear within 60 feet of you. They use the statistics of a berserker. They return to Valhalla after 1 hour or when they drop to 0 hit points.
Once you use the horn, it can't be used again until 7 days have passed. Four types of horn of Valhalla are known to exist, each made of a different metal. The horn's type determines how many berserkers answer its summons, as well as the requirement for its use. The brass horn summons 3d4 + 3 berserkers and requires proficiency with all simple weapons. If you blow the horn without meeting its requirement, the summoned berserkers attack you. If you meet the requirement, they are friendly to you and your companions and follow your commands. This item is found in the Dungeon Master’s Guide. This gleaming brass horn has flaming swords, the holy symbols of Tempus, etched all along its length. The horn instills eagerness for battle in its bearer.
