looks like a large red hat with a long brim that
seems to be constantly flowing in a breeze. It's
activated by pulling the brim down to cover at
least one eye and smirking confidently.

While you hold this weapon, it sheds bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
