Cat Calling Command Seal** (Magical gift: Charm of Animal Conjuring)
Characters that impress the Dai Meow-Ou are named Roku-Nyan's royal detectives, and urged to root out the spies, malcontents and assassins still lurking beneath the city's cheery and festive veneer.
He marks the wrist of each character who agrees with a scarlet paw print. The mark grows fainter each time its magic is invoked, before fading altogether when the charm vanishes.
Creatures conjured through the use of this charm have distinct, cat-like features, whiskers.
This charm allows you to cast the conjure animals spell (3rd-level version) as an action. Once used three times, the charm vanishes from you.
A character may only possess one magical gift from an archfey at a time; if another archfey grants a magical gift, the character must choose whether to accept the new gift (and pay the associated cost) and remove the old one, or decline the new gift.

This prayer strip is immaculately calligraphed in a familiar hand, and stamped with the seal of the Kageyama shrine. It has been folded into a neat square and stored in its accompanying gold and purple brocade pouch.

Neko-mancer's Nine Phases (Spellwrought Tattoo of Spirit Guardians)
This spiraling trail of inky black paw prints subtly morph and shift into arcane glyphs on occasion, and squirm in the presence of bright light. The spirits called forth when the spell is cast appear as spectral cats with an uncanny resemblance to Roku-Nyan's feline inhabitants.
Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo contains a single spell of up to 5th level, wrought on your skin by a magic needle. To use the tattoo, you must hold the needle against your skin and speak the command word. The needle turns into ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin in whatever design you like. Once the tattoo is there, you can cast its spell, requiring no material components. The tattoo glows faintly while you cast the spell and for the spell’s duration. Once the spell ends, the tattoo vanishes from your skin.
