Mildy’s Staff (Staff of Swarming Insects)
rare
WBW-DC-DES-01-07 The Dark Thread
Show
Notes:
Staff is a branch of ebon wood leaking a crimson sap despite years of being removed from the Gulthias Tree. Insects called by it are cruel, biting and stinging all save for the creature attuned to the staff. Mildy can craft more of these staves, and all can be recalled to her with an action so long as she and the staff are on the same plane. The staff is treated as unholy, a legacy of its crafting, and evil plant creatures view its wielder favorably.
The Queen's Gloves (Gauntlets of Flaming Fury with Guardian)
rare
Module: SJ-DC-GON-01 A Cage in the Void
Show
Notes:
While you wear both of these gauntlets, any nonmagical weapon you grasp with either gauntlet is treated as a magic weapon. As a bonus action, you can use the gauntlets to cause magical flames to envelop one or two melee weapons in your grasp. Each flaming weapon deals an extra 1d6 fire damage on a hit. The flames last until you sheath or let go of either weapon. Once used, this property can't be used again until the next dawn. .
Flavor: It fits its wearer regardless of their hand size. Cream-colored, smooth & soft to the touch, the leather uncomfortably reminds you of human skin. Elegantly embroidered in the silken lining near wrist is the following written in common: Property of Nefru of Tyr.
Guardian minor property: You feel prickles on your hands when the glove senses danger, giving you a +2 bonus to initiative if the bearer isn’t incapacitated.
The Lifehelm, Cleansed (Sun Staff with Guardian property)
rare

Show
Notes:
This shimmering silver and azure staff has a circle with six points that radiated outwards on its top end - the holy symbol of Pelor. It pulses with golden light every time it is used to attack.
Like the lifehelm that it was once were, it is quite aware of its surroundings. The item warns you of danger, granting a +2 bonus to your Initiative rolls if you don't have the Incapacitated condition.
Odie's Tablet (Enduring Spellbook with Sentinel (Spellcasters) property)
common
PS-DC-GON-01 The Castle (AO, Playtest#01)
Show
Notes:
It has the following spells:
Absorb Elements, Backlash, Blade of Disaster, Blade Ward, Disintegrate, Elminster’s Elusion, Feather Fall, Fly, Invisibility , Mage Armor, Mage Hand, Mind Blank, Prestidigitation, Simbul’s Synostodweomer, Spellfire Storm, Wall of Force
Encased in a kid-friendly pink foam casing, this tablet has a cute flying rat as its wallpaper. On the back, the following is written on a faded neon sticker:
"Property of Odie Hilltopple
Grade VI-Amethyst, Blackstaff Academy
If found, please return to:
Malaccas and Maganda Muscle Bar, Trollskull Alley, Waterdeep"
Turning it on shows a file titled "My firs spelz". Afterwards, you see additional spells saved in it, as the grammar gets better.
When she was a Blackstaff student, Odie installed a built-in app that vibrates whenever a teacher (usually a mage) is nearby. She never removed the feature as an adult because it was quite useful: the item vibrates when spellcasters are within 120 feet of it.
