3 Hours of Play Loot: Potion of Diminution Potion, rare When you drink this potion, you gain the "reduce" Effect of the enlarge/reduce spell for 1d4 hours (no Concentration required). The red in the potion's liquid continuously contracts to a tiny bead and then expands to color the clear liquid around it. Shaking the bottle fails to interrupt this process. Story Award: In League with the Seer. You have made a deal with the Sacred Seer--a myconid in the service of Zuggtmoy--to aid in the battle against the giants of Maerimydra. Hopefully, you will not regret this rather foolish choice. Mmm… Tastes Like Sanity. You are given one small, untreated braincap mushroom. When consumed or administered to someone else as an action, the mushroom acts as a greater restoration, but only as it pertains to reducing the recipient's madness level to 0. The braincap mushrooms are potent, however, and if you consume more than one per adventure, you immediately gain 1d4 levels of madness (no saving throw). 4 Hours of Play Loot: (Ohrring aus DDAL08-07 Into the Dark) Story Award: Endless Bluetooth Ale If a way was discovered to set up a supply of the blue lichen to the Yawning Portal, Durnan provides all the Bluetooth Ale the characters can drink whenever they visit. Brewed from the blue lichen grown on the skeletons of dwarves left for dead in the Stonebone Mines, bluetooth ale is a truly unique beverage. The strong dwarven-style ale is a rich sapphire color, and has a faint earthy taste. While the ale lacks most of the special properties of the blue lichen, it still can turn the imbibers teeth (and bones) temporarily blue. The ale functions as an ingested poison. The drinker must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or find that their bones and teeth turn a dark shade of blue for 24 hours.

4 Hours of Play Story Awards: An Emberstar Exclusive You’ve gained the favor of Sebastian Emberstar after rescuing his employees from a lynch mob. In gratitude, he grants you an exclusive offer: access to their forges. You have the one-time opportunity to provide your own funds to add decorative flourishes to a weapon you own (gems in the hilt, embossed or filigree in the blades, etc). You can spend any amount, but if you spend at least 10,000 gold, the weapon’s craftsmanship impresses those who view it and know about such things. At the DM’s option, once per adventure you can gain advantage on a Charisma-based ability check by flourishing or displaying the weapon. The characters earn this story award for rescuing at least one of the Emberstars from the lynch mob. The Moonmaiden’s Waters You foiled an attack on the Moonwater, preventing Vanquo from taking control of the temple. While the temples’ famous prophetic baths were befouled, the High Initiate, Andorran Bree, has offered you an opportunity to use them once the waters are suitably cleansed. The characters earn this story award for defending Andorran Bree at the Moonwater. Caveat Venditor You managed to disperse a swarm of pixies from the Chiang Emporium in Ylraphon with minimal damage to the shop. Your reputation for mastery and grace precedes you amongst members of the Chiang Emporium. The characters earn this story award for clearing the pixies from the Chiang Emporium while limiting collateral damage. Local Pursuit You have become involved with a local institution in Ylraphon. You may choose one (and only one) of the “Local Pursuit” story award options described in Player Handout: Local Pursuits for successfully completing this adventure. This signifies your character having the opportunity to become more involved with day-to-day life and significant institutions in Ylraphon. You may gain only one of the story award options listed for completing this adventure, though you may later gain additional ones if other adventures grant these story award options. This award is available to characters who successfully completed this adventure. Local Pursuit: Town Watch Training (Longbow) You help to train the new Town Watch. Choose a type of simple or martial weapon that you and your comrades train with and record it as part of this story award (“Local Pursuit: Town Watch Training (Weapon)”). Storyawards: Favored of the Worm. Any character that became worm-infected during this adventure earns this story award. Their flesh is covered in small black pock marks; even illusion magic does not disguise their presence. These characters feel a bond with insects and bugs (worms specifically) and feels a kinship with undead creatures even though they may not be friendly. Ally of Thay. You are known to be an ally of the Thayan Plateau, whether you want to or not. You have advantage on Charisma-based checks with Red Wizards and other non-slaves from Thay, and at the DM’s discretion may have disadvantage when dealing with Harpers and other enemies of Thay. Power to the People The Zulkir’s offer is sincere: he wishes to place any that accept this offer into a position of minor power as a low-ranking noble of Mulmaster. Those that accept may enjoy the benefits of a Wealthy lifestyle for 2 gp per day while in Mulmaster, and once per rest receives advantage on a Charisma-based interaction with another character or NPC in Mulmaster.
