It behaves as an ordinary creature of its kind and disappears after 1 hour or when it drops to 0 hit points. The hat regains all expended charges daily at dawn. A symbol of a five-headed hydra is sewn on the hat. The command word to summon a creature from the hat is “Hail Hydra!” Whenever you pull an animal out of the hat, regardless of which animal is summoned, , it always appears as a harmless tiny red five-headed hydra.
