| The Finger of Yurtus was powered by an elven artifact known as Aier. This originated as a tiny chunk of mythal which has been drained of most of its power. In addition to serving as a Pearl of Power, it can also be used to clear blackheads and pimples not created by magical means. While this pearl is on your person, you can use an action to speak its command word and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot is of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. Once you have used the pearl, it can't be used again until the next dawn. Requires Attunement by a spellcaster. | |||||
