This familiar option allows the character to choose to summon Meaigh the magpie as a familiar in future adventures. Meaigh is treated as having the stats of a raven, with the adjustments listed under the spell Find Familiar. She gains the fey subtype as indicated in that spell, and can speak and understand both Common and Sylvan. Maigh has intuitive knowledge of the Feywild and its denizens, and she may provide advantage on skill checks related to these topics (at DM discretion).
Maigh has the following roleplaying tips:
- Personality: I must collect all the shinies. I can’t resist good gossip – overhearing it or sharing it.
- Ideal: Trickery is the sincerest form of flattery.
- Bond: I will serve my master, however begrudgingly.
- Flaw: I can’t keep a secret – but I will keep all the shinies!
From the corner of their eye, characters and NPC’s might see Meaigh as a tiny harpy-like humanoid with distinctly birdlike features and blue feathers, a vision dispelled if Meaigh gets a second look. Characters and NPC’s with true sight will see Meaigh in this harpy-like form only.

I Have Felt Him
The character has saved Inim the Diviner from certain death at the hands of Ambrose the Puka. In return, Inim promises to be there during their hour of greatest need. This story award will come into play in a future CCC-DES-01 adventure.

For reasons known only to you and him, you are forever banned from setting foot within Stygia. Perhaps you redeemed too many souls, or maybe you were discovered to be in league with Geryon, the former ruler of this realm; regardless, Levistus has closed this later of the Nine Hells to you. You can’t participate in further adventures in this place.
A character with this story award may visit other areas of the Nine Hells but has been banned from Stygia.

Wish Circumstances
Sairos “Flashlord” (BladelockJoe) expends a first level spell slot to cast Absorb Elements while under multiple aerial bombardments. This triggers a roll from the Unraveling Magic table, the result being, “One random creature in the region can suddenly cast the wish spell once, within the next minute. Reroll if you’ve rolled this effect in the past 24 hours.”

With 6 players and 2 Death Kiss Beholders as the only targetable creatures present in the encounter, a roll of 1d8 was made. The DM verbally determined with the party that the players were 1-6 in order of their presence on the VTT, and the remaining pair of enemies were 7-8.

The result of 1d8 was 5, granting Lyonnette Amontello (Amontello Family) the benefit of the wish. As she was beside “Flashlord” during the bombardment, Lyonnette wished for she and the rest of her party to gain resistance to fire damage.
