You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you wear this armor. You are considered proficient with this armor even if you lack proficiency with medium armor.

Sentinel. This item glows faintly when Fiends are within 120 feet of it.

Found in a small packet, this powder resembles very fine sand. There is enough of it for one use. When you use an action to throw the dust into the air, you and each creature and object within 10 feet of you become invisible for 2d4 minutes. The duration is the same for all subjects, and the dust is consumed when its magic takes effect. If a creature affected by the dust attacks or casts a spell, the invisibility ends for that creature.

You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.
When you hit a dragon with this weapon, the dragon takes an extra 3d6 damage of the weapon's type. For the purpose of this weapon, "dragon" refers to any creature with the dragon type, including dragon turtles and wyverns.

This item appears to be a longsword hilt. While grasping the hilt, you can use a bonus action to cause a blade of pure radiance to spring into existence, or make the blade disappear. While the blade exists, this magic longsword has the finesse property. If you are proficient with shortswords or longswords, you are proficient with the sun blade.
You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon, which deals radiant damage instead of slashing damage. When you hit an undead with it, that target takes an extra 1d8 radiant damage.
The sword's luminous blade emits bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim light for an additional 15 feet. The light is sunlight. While the blade persists, you can use an action to expand or reduce its radius of bright and dim light by 5 feet each, to a maximum of 30 feet each or a minimum of 10 feet each.
The ruby in Dawnfire’s pommel sheds dim light for 10 feet when within 60 feet of undead.

This item has the appearance of black stone and anyone who knows of this item’s past with The Artist is likely to view it and its owner with suspicion.

Crafted from polished crystal. It bears the symbol of earth, and it heightens its wearer's urges to act in a selfish, greedy, or wicked way.

While holding this shield, you have a +2 bonus to AC against ranged attacks.
This bonus is in addition to the shield's normal bonus to AC. In addition, whenever an attacker makes a ranged attack against a target within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to become the target of the attack instead.

This bronze-inlaid shield bears the marching dragon symbol of the Kroth Magg hobgoblin clan.

A +2 weapon of the character’s choosing that vibrates and flares a deep scarlet glow when within 50 feet of orcs. Against orcs, the weapon inflicts +2d6 damage.
